Went through the drive thru and got a biggie bag and a 4 for 4. They gave us no sauce and it's bad enough they only give you 4 nuggets with a biggie bag but they jipped me and only gave me 3! AND I totally ordered spicy nugs and and they gave me boring normal nugs. This is why taco bell is the GOAT! Can't complain about the fries though....
You guys gave me food poisoning. I got breakfast around 10:15 and it was good but just a few hours later I was vomiting and many other things. My guess is the breakfast sandwich was made and it sat for a long time. Please fix this issue. I’m missing a trip because I ate bad food from you guys. I’m a longtime lover of Wendy’s and I don’t want that to change off this instance but please practice safe food.
So….ordered a double cheeseburger, got a chicken sandwich. Asked for chocolate frosty, got vanilla. Fries were cold and old. The food was fine at best.
Wendy’s has always been one of my favorites, but this Wendy’s location has been going way down hill. The buns have been hard and stale every time we go there, and their fries are always cold. I am so very disappointed in this particular Wendy’s. We will go somewhere else from now on. ???
I am working at this Wendy’s for all most for a year and I am deeply sadly to see all of this reviews on this location of this Wendy’s and I wood like to say that we all at this location love working here but we just want to get you in then out this is one of our most views location because we are next’s to the freeway and we are trying to go fast for you guys and I am sorry for the inconvenience and if you are trying to get a job we are hiring.
I went in at 7:45, and they told me the dining room was closed. The sign on the door said it closed at 9, and they told me they were closing early because one of the employees was leaving early. I literally wanted to order a soda to go, and they wouldn’t serve me unless I went through the drive through.
This is not the second but the third time going here asking for no cheese on my burger and for whatever reason they haven’t been able to give me no cheese for a burger that costs way more than it’s worth at this point. Had to ask for the receipt and it does say that no cheese on the burger.
Normally I always leave positive reviews, I went to Wendy's 2 days ago and they said their potatoes needed 35 minutes before they were done no problem I changed my order, 2 days after that I went back to Wendy's and try to order a potato they said I had to wait 30 minutes it was the second time it has happened I asked if they could please comp me for a Baconator, instead of showing a little bit of customer service they argued with me and asked me if I wanted to come work for Wendy's and did not want to comp me for a Baconator I have never experienced that kind of horrible customer service the manager at that Wendy's needs to be put in check, $8.07 Baconator over Wendy's reputation and possibly her job I hope she feels satisfied with her horrible customer service
Doordasher. I'm not waiting in the drive through to pick up an order, especially mid day. This ALWAYS causes me to be late for delivery.I unassigned myself from the order, and will no longer be taking orders from this Wendy's.
Dining room was dirty, service was ok. Food was fine. I understand they are understaffed but the dirty dining room is unacceptable.
