Fantastic customer service! Jared was prompt in taking my order and made delicious smoothies. I had my smoothies in hand in a matter of minutes.
I personally was not that impressed with this Cafe. To me, the smoothies were too sweet and overpriced for the size we bought. The kids, however, really like this place, but as an older adult (in my 60's), I was not so impressed. But the staff were very accommodating and pleasant and the place was very clean.
Awesome, great service, smoothie was super good and really inexpensive. Definitely coming back.
Terrible service I was there for about 30 min just to get takeout. Asked for extra crunchy bacon on my sandwich and it came looking undercooked. Rude to their customers too but too bad the food is good.
Ignored the people in the store for the drive through. Super understaffed, and those on the clock seemed like they didn’t care. If you own this place, and can’t hire, then in might help to come in and help out.
Good food and smoothies but insane wait times. Waited close to an hour in the drive Thru, would have left but was stuck in between two cars so no choice but to wait. Love this place but can’t justify spending all that time waiting for smoothies…
Took ten minutes to take my order now waiting over 30 minutes for my wrap. I get things are crazy with staffing but I shouldn’t expect to wait almost an hour to get food or I wouldn’t have come. After complaining they brought us out some food not ours but I’m out of time so I ate it. Will never come back Which is sad because I really enjoyed the food here. Saw at least ten people leave without ordering because of the wait. Your losing tons of money but also ruining your brand having such a short staffed dysfunctional store open.
Waited over 20 minutes in line and when I got my smoothie it was so watery I didn't even want to drink it. I love tropical smoothie and my smoothie tasted nothing like it normaly does. Really gross I wanted a good smoothie after waiting so long.
Critically understaffed and were servicing the drive thru rather than the people inside the store. I stood in a line of 4 people for 45 minutes. There was one person in front of me and it still would have taken me at least 20 more minutes to get my food. I had to leave because I had to be at a soccer game. What a tremendous waste of an hour that I will ever get back.
Needed a vegan lunch. Ordered the chicken salad sub the chicken for roasted potatoes and get BROWN lettuce, onions, shredded carrots and onions. Didn't come with the dressing, no potatoes. Had to ask for them. No biggie.Then ordered 2 smoothies packed with pea protein and a hair. Told then showed the manager about the long black hair i sucked up into my straw and she took our smoothies and said sorry and walked away. No offers were made- like, hey can we make them over for you? Or can we give you your money back? Nothing.
