The service is awful here. We waited 20 minutes and was never acknowledged we were even there. So we left. There were 2 people working focused on the drive threw only and there was only me and my dad in the Inside trying to get lunch at there way OVER PRICED, under proportioned establishment. Needless to say they lost my business for good! Very disappointed with the service I've had at this store. There under staffed and not professional. If I could do a 0 star review that is what I would leave them. Thanx for wasting half my lunch hour for nothing. (Obviously we just walked out)
This Tropical Smoothie is honestly one of my favorite places here in St. George. The food is great, and the staff completely sells the experience. I never leave without having a smile from my interactions with the amazing staff.
Fresh tasting wraps and refreshing smoothies. Bahama mamma and kiwi quencher are my go to smoothies, so tasty. Always friendly staff with quick service.
Ordered and had my food delivered (Door Dash) and was missing two of my edible straws. I paid for two of them and didn't get them. Door dash was no help and told me to contact the store. I called quite a few times and NEVER got a response. I understand if it was in high peak time to not answer but I called on and off a few times during the day. No answers. Definitely not good customer service.
I was surprised at the great food and smoothies. Happy employees makes a difference.
Walked in today & stood at the counter for over 5min while three separate employees all saw me waiting with zero acknowledgment. I was the ONLY customer inside at the time, but there were two cars in the drive through. I already knew the other location in town was horrible with customer service, & I’m sorry to have learned that about the Sunset location today as well.
The manager Chauncey is terrible manager, she yells at her teenage employees instead of teaching them kindly. She forces her staff to work understaffed and yells at them while they've already been working their tails off alone. I have watched her yell and yell making 2 different employees cry on shift. She was supposed to place an add for this location to hire employees but wanted to get rid of the manager so she could hire her family member. So she left the store understaffed and let her employees suffer so the manager would quit. I will absolutely never visit another franchise tropical smoothie again. I am store employee who quit today and was told by management there is no corporate contact. So they have no number or email to contact for unfair treatment. This place runs like a back alley please go somewhere else
Smoothies are good, but the service is super slow. Waited in line for 15 minutes to order, saw people pull up after me, walk in and order and get their stuff before me. Almost 35 minutes for a smoothie is awful.
i usually go to the red hills location but decided to try this one out. my order was taken quickly, but then i sat in the drive thru line for AT LEAST 20 minutes with ONE car in front of me. it was ridiculous!! usually doesn’t bother me to wait, i also took into consideration the 3 girls in the car and figured that’s why it was taking so long. however when i got my smoothie i was highly disappointed. it tastes awful and was a waste of money to be honest. won’t be returning, i’ll make the drive to the red hills location instead. would’ve taken the same amount of time i waited in line here to drive there and get my smoothie. would’ve tasted better too!
I'm not one for bad reviews usually, but today was horrible. I got a hummus veggie wrap and the vegetables taste so old and gross. My daughters turkey wrap is hardly edible. I understand most food places are understaffed but please at least serve fresh food. I just threw $20 in the trash.
