Food is always good and they give you a lot.Just don't eat inside, every table is dirty and you'll be standing at the counter for 10 mins before anyone acknowledges you.
It's one of the best Taco Bell in the world until now they just close up I don't know if they even have a set time to close they close up anytime they get ready I think they don't follow the Taco Bell protocol
The lines were so long that it isn't worth waiting for, especially when we ordered online" to avoid the lines" as advertised on the website. Also when we arrived not only did we have to wait and "take our turn " in the drive up window for our pre-paid order, the cook came out to our car to inform us that he would need to substitute our steak for chicken or beef because the drive thru orders in front of us had ordered the last of the steak that he had on hand. I said " excuse me my order was placed 15 minutes ago and it should have had protity over a drive- up order that was being placed as I am waiting in line for a pre-paid that was placed 15 minutes ago. Cancel my order and just refund my payment. " He informed me that he would cancel my order but I would need to contact the website for a refund ??. What !!! My companions both indicated that they have also experienced this situation at this location 600 East St George Blvd St George Utah. Yesterday at the Newest location by Smith's Market place, the drive thru lines were so long at 2:00 pm we tried to go inside to do grab-n-go only to find the door locked and a sign indicating that this location is only open for drive thru service ?. Yeah Taco Bell won't be on my go to list for sometime... The food is average, the service sucks, and the hassle of getting my money back isn't worth it. Sunset location is the only one that actually has been accommodating and an enjoyable experience. This location has fast friendly service, clean and pleasant dining room (yes it's open) and we have had a good experience here.
Food was great! But there wasn't a clean table in the place. And while there were people in the drive through we were the only ones sitting down to eat. Had to brush the table off with my sleeve.
Codes on bathrooms, is a sign of bad area, which it's not. Food, well it's Taco Bell. Service mediocre, store under maintenance, and poorly managed. On the bright side, my order was right.
Honestly, this is just getting ridiculous. Every time I come to any Taco Bell, I get less and less food and get charged more and more. You can maybe get 3 chips out of the amount of dip they give you. It’s just getting so so so ridiculous. But I’m so sick of the 2 drops of nacho cheese they’ve been giving with their chips.
One of my personal favorites although lately several items have been removed from the menu but I love their food
Losing a lot of business closing so early, your employees blamed corporate! And said they needed to be paid more ? ended up at del taco ! What a joke ...you also keep changing your hours without saying anything!
Did a mobile order at 9:20pm to pick up through the drive thru. When I showed up the restaurant at 9:30 they had cones in front of the drive through. I parked and went to the door and it was locked. They came to the door and said they were closed. I told them I had already had paid for my mobile order and the site says they are open until 10pm. He said they were out of food. Very disappointed they are closing before they are suppose to and now I need to figure out how to get my money back.
Mike dealt with me appropriately, accurately, and quickly in a friendly, positive manner that convinced me he is the owner or manager of this local TB. I have no reason to believe otherwise!
