In all my years… this is the only Taco Bell that gets my order right every single time! Very friendly and professional! Not one single complaint! A bunch of good St George kids working their butts off here. 5 stars!
Got food poisoning from here definitely not going back. Been throwing up since I woke up this morning and this was the last thing I ate.
Awesome customer service. Truly over the top kindness, gracious, sweet and professional customer service. The food was excellent. They didn't skimp. Prompt service. Best Taco bell location. Thank you guys for making me happy
Unfortunately this has got to be one of the slowest drive throughs. time was 4:48pm when I got here. I ordered my food within a few minutes of pulling up then waited in line right where we ordered. we didn't move forward for 4-5 minutes(this was definitely the longest pause before moving again), then another 3+ minutes just to pull forward 1 car length, then I decided to start timing it. At the 2:23 Mark on the timer we moved forward another car length. 5:57 moved another length. The at the 6:20 Mark we moved forward and the car in front of me was at the window. To my superuser Taco Bell handed the car in front of me a big Uber eats bag immediately and the car drive off. So then I moved forward and got my food at 6:47 time and was out of there. overall a little disappointed with the speed of this forming dinner time.
Food was good and it wasn't just thrown together sloppy. The dining and bathrooms were clean. Staff was super nice and quick getting your order out.
Worst service possible.... I tried to pick up a doordash, the lady at the counter told me she couldn't give it to me, i called the manager and he wouldn't give it to me either. Saying i had to go through drive through, backed up down the street... It ended up being a 45 minute wait... I felt so bad for the people who ordered the food, and I was obviously at their treatment... Absolutely ridiculous... Don't order from here!!!
Pulled up to the drive through at 8:05 where no cones were out and a big line. An employee comes walking out all upset that the cones were moved (by someone else not us) and says they aren’t taking any more orders. Then I went to reverse because the line was outrageous and they got mad at me for moving the cones to leave. By 8:08 all hell broke loose ??
Terrible customer service. Today I went inside to Taco Bell and the manager and some other guy was humiliating an employee for clicking the wrong number. And then observed what looked like the manager yell at an old lady who couldn’t hear him cause he was quiet “Your Name!”.
Waited over 30 minutes in drive through and it was only me and one other car in the drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous. This place needs a new management team or something. It’s been like this for a year now.
