Went here almost 15 mins after it opened and no one awsnered at the mic ? Sat there for a few minutes waiting and then just left. Its always this taco bell that opens way late and makes no sense. saw like 3 more cars just drive away to.
Always has been one of my favorite fast food consistently good food at reasonable prices
Veggie Power Bowl was 1/2 empty. The beef chalupa supreme had no beef no meat whatsoever zero zip zilch. I get it they were busy but what got us was the nasty attitude of the staff when it was brought to their attention and the laughing with other staff about it and nothing done about it and after waiting 20 minutes to talk to the manager she said she didn't see a problem and went to touch the food. As a retired Public Health Worker this action was unacceptable. Avoid this place at all cost.
Taco Bell has delicious food at a great price! This particular store has fast service and the food is actually even better than normal! The staff isn't particularly friendly, but they're not mean either. Probably the biggest struggle is how inconveniently placed this store is. It's much more difficult to get to than it should be.Overall, however, it's a great experience!
They put out cones to block the drive through after multiple cars were in line behind me. Didn't tell any of us that they wouldn't be serving us (assumed they would since we were line before the cones were put out). Didn't have the smallest amount of customer service to tell any of us that they were no longer taking orders and would not serve us. All they did when you pulled up to the window was open it to yell "we are closed", slammed it in your face, and then gave dirty looks and shook their heads. Horrible customer service and they desperately need a manager that knows what they are doing, the lines are always ridiculous. I can not imagine a manger allowing employee's to act this way.
I’ve been to this new location twice and both times they have messed up my order. After going in the drive thru, which is pretty slow, you can’t go inside to ask them to fix your order because it is closed. So you have to sit in the drive thru again just to get your order correct.
I door dash. I showed up 2 mins before closing to pick up an order they knew I was gonna pick up because I called and told them I was just mins away. When I got to window the manager on duty said she doesn't have any food on the line to make the order. Then slammed the door into face. Horrible service.
It’s been a few months so I thought I would try the drive through again. Maybe 4 cars ahead of me and still took 20 minutes to get from the order to the window. Why is the drive though always so slow?
Food tasted great! very fast and good service, especially for this area!
They always quit breakfast early and have habitually no opened on time. Someone needs to manage this place. Always out of something.
