Went through the drive thru like I always do. Ordered my drink to go in my tumbler, paying with a fundraiser card, she took my tumbler and then said she didn't have a marker on her so they'd have to mark it at the window. Got to the window, they handed me my drink and I handed him my fundraiser card and told him he needed to mark it because they didn't have a marker outside. He took the card then handed it right back and said since you're honest this one's on us.
3 instead of 2 just because I love swig.... just not this location. They can never get orders right. Couple of days ago I ordered 44oz paid over $3, got a 24oz. Today I order the strawberry breeze no frozen strawberries and NO coconut I am allergic. Asked for vanilla cream instead, what did I get? A regular strawberry breeze. Took one sip... yeah never will be back to this location again. Just can't risk it.
The person taking my order was sick and the person handing me my drink was sick. He sneezed into his hands and then(without sanitizing or washing) handed me my straws and drinks. The other worker said loudly “oh is that your allergies again” he responded with “I don’t know where that came from”. I could hear in his voice that he was sick just like the girls who took our order. We took the drinks and wiped them to kill germs. To make it more disappointing the blended drink tasted bad and so did the cookie. I feel like we just wasted $15. However I hope their workers get better soon.
I absolutely love swig! I’ve never gotten anything I didn’t like from them. My only complaint I have is about the kids’ shark attack drink. I often pick up drinks for the kids I nanny and they’ve been out of gummy sharks for a few months now. I understand there are shortages all over right now but if you could update the menu to say you’re out that would be nice. I’ve ordered them with gummies and paid for the gummies only to receive the drinks without a couple times now.
Swig on Mall Dr. Is the bomb!! They always make my drink perfectly to my request even when I order through DoorDash!! My fav Swig ever!! Rock it Mall Dr.???
the swig by the dino car wash is amazing!! i love it, highly recommend! grab a drink, and head on over to get your car washed! it’s perfect! also this swig is always so fast, and they are so nice and so patient!! thanks swig, you guys are amazing!!
Swig is the best. My family and I are there every single day that they are open! Employees are way nice and the drinks are so good!

I’ve been here a few times and always have a good experience. The people are friendly and they are generally pretty quick to get me my drink. For the growth of the area I think they’ve handled it very well
