Drinks are great. Really awesome service! The only problem is that employees have to stand in 100 degree weather! I feel so bad for them…
I HATE that they will only do refills in swig cups. Soooo stupid! FiiZ will fill up a swig cup but they can’t even fill up a Stanley or any other cup. I do love some of they employees like grace and Micaela. That definitely make it worth while.
This is our FAVORITE Swig location! One of the managers knows us by name and is always exuding so much joy. Don’t be fooled by long lines, this team is a team of excellence and will get you through in no time! Thank you Swig for amazing service and delicious treats ?
I am extremely disappointed by SWIG today. I was given the wrong drink through the drive thru, went back through right after I was handed the wrong drink, and was told by the girl taking orders that I would have to repay to get the proper drink. She said “The best I can do for you is 5% off” As a paying customer, I shouldn’t have to pay again to get the proper drink when it’s the fault of Swig to hand me the wrong drink. I know for a fact that FIIZ does drink guarantee, they want their customers to keep coming back. Come on Swig, be better.

They refused me service when I was walking around the drive through. They said I needed a car. That’s fine, but they had the walk up window and it was closed and said “drive thru only”.That being said why they refused me service just because I didn’t have a car is stupid. It’s in a downtown area, why wouldn’t you serve walkers?Makes no difference if I’m walking or driving it’s the same exact interaction. It’s stupid and pointless and just horrible to inforce that rule.

The Swig App allows you to order a pickup, takes your money but when you show up to the location you still have to wait in the huge line. If this location isn't accepting pickups, the app shouldn't allow you to order a pickup.The purpose of a pickup order is so you don't have to wait in the long line.Tried to call Swig with the number provided to get a refund and it was a dead number. Very disappointed. Been a loyal Swig consumer for years. Don't offer the service if you can't provide the service.
