It was really good! The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. I tried the Baja steak sandwich and it did not disappoint!I had to go back and get this sub again! So yummy!
As bad as my latest experience here was, I wanna give them a 0, but that’s impossible. So it’s a one. I had a Doordash order for here. I was sitting out in my car (at the parking lot where 3rd party delivers are supposed to go) for 20 minutes. They come out with the order, which was COLD. This will not only ruin my night, but also the person who ordered. I feel bad for the person I’m delivering to.
I came in a few minutes ago at 3:07 and the worker was sitting down with a friend or her boyfriend and told me she’d be with me in a minute I’m not going to wait for my sandwich to be made while she’s supposed to working but instead not doing her job that’s so disrespectful after more people came in she got up and finally made my sandwich but wasn’t polite about it.
What ever happened to good customer service? It is a thing of the past. Don't expect to be treated like a customer at this place. I'm going to reference the exact same issue as Benjamin's issue below. I have visited this place for years, I have bought the same either BMT or Tuna sandwiches both here and on River road every single weekend for years. I go in tonight to get a 12 inch tuna sub, and a new worker is working the counter. She is nice, but asking the manager/co-worker how many scoops, the manager tells her "4", so without any supervision, she proceeds to place 4 tiny scoops on the sandwich. Most of the base was so thin, it was hard to even cover the bread. I ask politely to add more, and the co-worker immediately intervenes and tells me that it will cost me extra. I explained that I get these all the time, and there is next to nothing there. I get informed that the co-worked also does this every day and its fine. OK then....I say, go ahead then I'll pay extra, but I won't be back. Didn't seem to make any difference. The new help was nice, and even stated they thought it looked to them like it was pretty thin. What else Can I say? I look at my receipt and paid $1.60 extra for a sandwich that wasn't even on par with normal. Needless to say, I hope the Buck Sixty was worth my weekly business. I WILL NOT EVER BE BACK.
Girl stops making my sandwich to answer the phone then goes back to making my sandwich w the same gloves contaminating the food. When I confronted her about she stated that they sanitize the phone hourly so everything is OK. She said I could have someone else make my sandwich.
Honestly I always thought all Subways are the same.. and I finally realized how wrong I am. I used to just go to the Wal-Mart Subway and its whatever there... and then I ordered online through Uber Eats and this is the store they went to and holy everything was PERFECT!! Not even exaggerating... the bread was perfect the turkey and veggies were FRESH and Tasty!! And... it was so good I ordered it again today.. and it was the exact same!!! Just saying.. its so worth it to go the extra mile and come to this store! Thanks guys!!
Actually terrible- and thats coming from someone who loves Subway sandwiches. I usually order from the subway in Washington but they werent taking online orders today. We ordered ahead online so everything was written down for the sandwich artist and somehow they really messed it up. Not only was the bread seriously doughy and it certainly didnt get toasted as we requested. But they have successfully ruined my kid's Halloween.The 6" tuna sub for my 6yr old was a pretty simple set up with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. No sauce. Somehow it ended up with another sandwiches toppings and sauce. Lets just say it was so ridiculously spicy even I wouldnt eat. It burned to even look at. My son who started eating before we realized it- Started crying and coughing so hard at the spice that he threw up all over his halloween costume.Thanks subway.
Kind of cheap skates. I brought a 12'' roast beef and they only gave me slices of meat. I let them know but argued saying it was the regular amount. I worked at this store so I know that it is not. It was weird because they don't make commissions by saving $ on ingredients. I don't leave reviews ever but that was annoying. $10 wasted on a sandwich :(
Asked for a Chipotle southwest wrap but this is okay and when did the bread get thinner
The farms blue Powerade was very diluted so was running out. Nasty. Threw it away. Randwick was great, super service. Just not super for the drinks, didn't have the iced tea either today.
