The kid helping me was super attentive and blew through making my 3 sandwiches in no time! He loaded them up with all the veggies I wanted and didn't have to ask me to repeat any of the items. The sandwiches tasted fresh (even after my 40 minute commute home afterwards)! I have gone to this location multiple times over the years and it seems better now than before!
The older lady with the ridiculous eye lashes was EXTREMELY rude & unprofessional. The gentleman asked me what cheese I'd like on it I gave him my answer & she scuffed at it & made a remark to him about thats not what cheese is suppose to go on it and then he asked me again & I told him again the cheese I asked for before. Then She proceeded to just slap my sandwich together and then like she was angry about something maybe personal or maybe because I didn't add the same toppings as the picture of my sandwich...I don't know or care. I just know that my sandwich was a soggy soupy hot mess when I got home which is only 3 blocks away from this location & I got super sick from it too. On top of all that she was being very difficult when I was trying to have her scan the app so I could get my points too. I Will NEVER be back

Always love sandwiches from subway, though this subway doesn't have a drive-thru like most subways I've went to.
I have never seen two human beings move slower in my life, they were not clean and incredibly unhelpful.
If you want a sandwich it's a great place to go.
The subway in Mesquite is only getting 3s. Since I'm a diabetic and I like their salads. I was so disappointed when they took the meat and put it in a container without cutting it. Trying to cut it with a plastic flimsy knive, it was not easy. If this is the same with all of them, they need to change their service.

A bit too long of a wait for an online pickup that should have been ready at the time we showed up. They had just started the order after we got there and I had placed the order 30 minutes earlier... We waiting an additional 10 minutes at least... Altogether it took about 40 minutes for two sandwiches and a bowl. ?
