Ordered two drinks at the drive thru, one of them was wrong. It was filled 3/4 of the way with milk; it had an extra shot in it and just tasted like milk. I went in to get it fixed. One person started helping me and she was nice, then another came up to ask why I didn’t like it, then another. The other two seemed like they wanted to make a bigger deal out of it and made me explain to both of them. I explained it was just too much milk. They acted like what I said was ridiculous, one of them said “so you don’t want milk?” Then one started making my drink again, the whole time they made comments and when he had remade my drink he put so much ice that most of the shots didn’t fit into the cup and there was no room for milk. Then he said “that’s all that can fit so do you want milk or not?” I said yes, he put a splash in and then handed it to me and said “let me know if that’s wrong and I guess we’ll figure something out.” It doesn’t take three people to remake a coffee. It was clear the other two wanted to have a Karen moment but it wasn’t that, so they were trying to make it out to look like it was. Definitely not a safe space or good service.

There are two tall young boys who work the evenings and one blonde middle-age who I think is the manager. They are the ONLY ones who know what they’re doing.Everything else about this location absolutely sucks. Unfortunately it is the only one near me that accepts mobile orders and has a drive-through but it’s not worth it. Drinks are always a hit or miss because there is no consistency, mobile orders are late, and they accept mobile orders but lock the lobby and close it so you’re stuck waiting in an extremely slow drive-through.I truly hope things improve and they get more help soon.

This is sadly the worst starbucks ive ever been to. Had a fairly large order so i ordered ahead to make it easier. I was in the drive thru for over 30 minutes! Then they forgot half of my food and i had to go in and wait for another 10 minutes to get two sausage sandwiches. Will never come here again dont want to waste another hour of my life to get coffee.

Missing items from the drive thru order so i went inside to get them. Sat there for 10 minutes while not a single employee even looked at me. WORST customer service i have ever seen from any place ever.

White chocolate mocha coffee is one of the loves of my life, it is my comfort drink! It is awesome to order online and run in to pick up. Skipping any line always makes me happy, for a perfectly crafted hot coffee with white chocolate it is sublime. Summer works just as well with a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino with a shot or two of espresso!

A place I like to visit.

During the day, the employees are attentive & sweet.... BUT EVENING & NIGHT .... EXCEPT TO HAVE YOUR ORDER WRONG.... SOMETIMES COMPLETELY WRONG! & when you're paying for extras. Oh.... & they would rather talk on the phone or flirt with girls. In fact, I'm really kind of upset the app doesn't have a place to put when they don't complete the order correctly. & not talking supply shortages. If you mobile order 2 drinks & they should be ready, but flirting & phones.... they give you one drink after 5 minutes (adding the 13 minutes before you arrived).... & then, you're still sitting there, & they come up and ask why.... why? WHAT GOOD IS A MOBILE APP IF EMPLOYEES DON'T CREATE THE DRINKS, DON'T CREATE CORRECTLY, AND DON'T CARE...... Fyi... not feeling very tipping friendly for this location ??‍♀️.... EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Who's the manager & where are they?

I get my coffee here on a regular basis, but the customer service has really gone down. I went in today and asked for a Latte, extra hot with one pump of sugar free sweetener. I do not know how much sweetner they put in it, but it was so sweet I could not drink it. I threw it out. The customer service at this location has really gone down.

I have patronized Starbucks all over the world. This store is by far the worst run store that I have ever experienced. I made an online order and arrived approximately 20 minutes later. The order was not finished and the staff was fighting each other in what appeared to be a scheduling/ training issue. I sincerely hope they can get their act together.

Staff is great, poorly managed. I believe these baristas deserve a lot of recognition for what they have to deal with. Manager can do better at keeping the store open longer. Store used to be better before a lot of the best baristas and manager left. Other than that happy to see a few of the regular baristas still working. They keep it going and hold the store down.
