Wonderful Starbucks crew with the lead celebrating (Bailey) one partner’s first day and congratulating another (Natalie) partner’s last day, wishing her well. Super friendly atmosphere with fast, cordial service. The drive through appears to be a nonstop flow, but the lobby wasn’t busy at all. Wonderful stop for a pick-me-up!
Got my drink and it's literally only 3/4 full. I took it in to have them fill it up and they told me they could add ice. When you're paying almost 7 dollars for a drink, you'd expect it to at least be close to full. Went in and got a refund because, for some strange reason they didn't want to fix the drink.
every single time I order a peppermint WHITE mocha here I get the regular peppermint mocha. I started ordering a white mocha and asking for them to add peppermint thinking that would help cut down the confusion, but it only worked once before it was made wrong again today. Any advice?
I asked for a snickerdoodle hot chocolate, and they said it was discontinued so I asked what ones they have available right now and she answered with all of them. Then, I asked for the apple brown sugar hot chocolate and she said that they don’t have that. Then after an awkward silence I had to ask her what hot chocolate they had. When we got up to the window, the lady walked away when we were handing our card, and she did not even acknowledge us. Terrible service and I didn’t get my drink.
This is literally the slowest Starbucks. I waited 20 minutes for a danish and croissant. There were several employees who weren’t doing anything and a lobby full of people. Do better.
Easily the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Ordered a sweet cream cold brew and waited 20 min for it to be the wrong drink. Staff is unorganized and slow.
Always fast and friendly. And the coffee at this location actually tastes like coffee unlike other stores. Very nice
Always been treated very kindly at this location! I don’t mind waiting in the long lines because the staff have been very friendly and my drinks have always been made well! I understand that I’m assuming the responsibility/risk when I go during peak times that I’ll have to wait. Retail can be extremely stressful especially during busy times so thank you to the staff at this location for being kind and working hard!I had one experience where I ordered a Venti drink and I was given a grande. I mentioned this to a staff member and they apologized and remade my drink immediately in a venti. I was very grateful!Anytime I’ve gone in, I always see the staff working constantly to fill orders. I’ve never seen anyone slacking off or standing around, they’re always working to fill the orders. Thank you all!!
We love this coffee great place for take a break and relax.
On the road, you need a consistently good cup o Joe, that's Starbucks for me.
