We were on another roadtrip and The Rib & Chop house was right across the street from our hotel. We had reasonably high expectations because we had tried the Gillette, WY location last year whilst road-tripping and were very pleased. So it was an easy choice and they fulfilled our expectations. I had the Cedar Plank Salmon and it was prepared perfectly. We sat at the bar, drinks were tasty, service was fantastic!

Went on a weekday. Plenty of seating. Service was friendly.Food was amazing and they have multiple sauce options.Meat falling off the bone, and original sides for new flavors.

Easily the worst meal on our 10 day road trip. Red snapper special was bland and mushy. Appetizer came out with entrees. Salads had to be asked for a second time and brought out after we finished the entree. Server did his best. Kitchen staff lacking. Wouldn’t return.

Fantastic Filet mignon! Great baked potatoes! Love the quality! Fantastic service! I will come back! One of the best places to eat in St George!

My husband and I decided to give this place a try since they had out door dining. We both had fish entrees and enjoyed them both. It’s nice you are able to choose your side for some of the entrees. The salad was pretty basic but they make their own dressings and so the blue cheese dressing was really good. My husband chose the mushrooms for his side and said they were his favorite part of the meal.

We enjoyed our visit at this location. The interior was quite rich and stylish. The tables and chairs were comfortable. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. She came up to the tables frequently. Food-wise this place might not be the best we tried, but it is okay. The artichoke hearts were spicy and too salty in our opinion. The corn/shrimp soup was okay, but quite spicy as well. Shrimp/scallop pasta was pretty good, but too oily. The seafood was very fresh, though.

Ate here twice while on vacation. The first night we got steaks and a pork chop. The steak was decent, but Texas Roadhouse is much better, and the pork chop didn't have any flavor. We decided to give it another try and a few nights later we got the ribs. Cold, dried out, and burnt. Definitely would not recommend. We got a loaded baked potato and the bacon was uncooked, not under cooked. It was pink, raw, and cold. Once we got the replacement it was wonderful. Both nights the baked potatoes were the highlight of our meal.

The food was excellent and the service was friendly and prompt. I shared a steak with a friend which was a good thing. It was big enough for three people or one very, very hungry person. All of our tour group were happy with their meals. We did not leave hungry

Nah, just keep moving people, nothing to see here. In fairness the gumbo and sweet potato fries were really good. Unfortunately the main dishes bombed and not in a good way. They brag seafood so fresh Utah must be oceanfront, nope. Pasta always so very not special, with a bland Alfredo sauce, seafood wasn't even mediocre. Scallops smaller than dimes. Sandwich had thin cut dry chicken smothered in bacon bits, nope. Asked about lemonade and was told it's minute maid but saw menu as we were leaving they tout fancy lemonade so either the menu is lying or the waitress was. Waitress, Abby, completely lacked any personality or warmth. Seemed like a chore to be near the table, service was worst we've experienced in quite some time.

Paw Friendly Patio! Soo nice to be have your pet sit with you while your dining while your traveling! Thank you for allowing us to get him out of the car. Fantastic food and service. Thank you for being pet friendly. So refreshing. We will send friends!
