Tried to call 7 times over two hour period. No answer. Went in and we were the only people there. Took us 55 mins to get 3 pizzas. people came in 30mins after us: get their pizzas, 15 mins before us. Our two pizzas were sitting for 20 mins and cold. Did I mention, all 3 pizzas we ordered, were the same? Staff was super slow, and very rude.
I share this out of frustration. I have been trying to order from here for months. Every time I call, the phone rings until it disconnects. I came to the reviews to see if there is an answer only to see other people are experiencing the same issues. Under staffed, but not hiring? I don't understand how this business is still standing or how they plan to continue standing if something isn't done about staffing. The online ordering aspect is not up to date, with many menu items not even listed, and almost all of them saying "sold out". This used to be one of the best places in town to get a pizza from, and I've made peace with the fact that they'll close. The owner hasn't responded to any reviews with answers or apologies, which leads me to belive they must not care about the success of their business. Probably right since it appears they aren't doing anything to help their skeleton crew of employees. I hope to see it turn around, but if this is the way they run a business, maybe they don't deserve one.
First time visiting and this place was amazing. The prices are great for the quality. All the pizzas are gourmet inspired, around 9.00 a pizza which will feed 1 person. Kids pizza is 5 cheese and our kids loved it. We got the Pera which had olive oil, pistachios, pears, basils, prosciutto, red onions and garlic. We couldn't get enough....SO GOOD. Best pizza I have ever had!!
I’ve been trying to order a pizza from this place for weeks. They don’t answer the phone.loved this place and would eat here multiple times a week… last few months they never answer their phone and most of their menu items are missing from “online ordering” which charges you a fee.
Stopped in with the family for a weekend dinner after a long day at Zion NP and was pleasantly surprised how awesome the pizza was. I had the Pera, it was amazing. My wife had the Margherita Napoli, delicious, and the kids had a Formaggi. To top off the awesome pizza, Pizzeria Limone sells Pellegrino sparkling water. We loved our meal here and will definitely be back when we're in St. George next. Definitely recommend.
Love this place but unfortunately they are extremely understaffed. Waited 40+ min for three pizzas! Would love to see things run more smoothly next time because it’s one of our favorite pizza spots.
Used to eat here 2 times a week. Now, zero times. They don't answer their phone for phone orders. Called 5 times in the last week and no answer, ever.Online ordering charges a convenience fee. Not worth it.
Really good pizza and salad. Unique flavor combinations and delicious crust.
Walked in at lunchtime. Stood for 5 minutes. Could hear people in the back with kids. Ended up calling the store to get their attention. The phone rang And rang. Finally someone came out. And said “oh. What can I get you”. They lost 3 other customers that came on and left during that time. Never ever seen a group of workers so uninterested in working.
one of the worst experiences I've had with a pizza. I ordered margarita pizza with artichoke, what i got was what looked like a preschooler easy-bake oven pretend pizza with no artichoke. I called to figure out what went wrong and all i got was a robot voice telling me no more messages would be accepted. My partner and I tried to eat it but it ended up in our trash can.
