Dominos used to be my go to but the last time we ordered here the manager Brock went above and beyond to make sure we were happy! My new go to place!
Pizza Hut gives way more pepperoni than Little Caesars! The two medium pizzas for $15 after tax came out perfect. Last two times I went to Little Caesars ordered the extra most bestest pepperoni and they have some pepperoni around the edges, but looks nothing like the picture. Pizza Hut Pepperoni came out even better than the pictures! I will be going back again this month!
I will NEVER get delivery or eat from this store again.First I placed a 70 dollar order and they send it door dash. That order comes incorrect and I call store immediately. I was then told that will be sent right out to me.30 min goes by so I call again and find out they forgot again and only want to fix this by giving me a lowsy store credit or deliver some time in the day because they only have 1 driver (why did I get door dash is partnered with them?).The manager didn't even want to talk on the phone until I called him out and you could hear everyone laughing in the background and he said he is managing his store.Long story short I get to go hungry and Pizza Hut looses my business by picking low experienced leadership that make customers starve because he can't figure it out.
I ordered dinner on the app. When it was delivered I had 3 pizzas. But one was wrong. I have now been on the phone trying to get in touch with anyone about my order for 45 mins. The manager that answered was amazing he was from out of area. He gave me a store credit. He is the only reason I gave this 2 stars.
Worst possible experience. I called the first time, some hispanic woman hung up on me. Called again and placed the order. An hour and a half later still no food. I called the delivery driver...who said he was on the way. Given that 40 minutes later he was not hee and not answering his phone, I assume he ran off with my food. Incompetence and laziness fills this store. Never got my food, never got a call back or hung up on and completely dissapointed.
They are very driver was very nice when she delivered the order. The order was very hot and on time. The food was delicious and the right amount of toppings , sauce and cheese. The cinnamon sticks were very good never had them before would highly recommend them with your next order.
Last order the box dinner seemed like it had been under a heat lamp for literal hours. Almost rubbery. Tried again with curbside. Pulled up and waited ten minutes. Finally went in to the kid just standing there picking his nose only to find out they forgot my extra sauce and got the wrong pasta in my meal.
This week I have ordered twice and there have been problems both times, time 1 order said out for delivery for 45+ minutes before we called and was on hold on the phone for 10+ minutes, before they got it delivered, pizza was made as thin crust, not what I ordered. Never had problems before so we left it at that. Tonight we ordered again. After waiting 1+ hours after deliver time we called and didn't get anyone for 16+ minutes so we drove here. Pizza was done and just waiting. We took it home and pizza, breadsticks and wings were all cold, and 2 of them were burnt. I brought it back to be re-made and they told me it would be an hour for it to be done. I'm waiting and decided to try and call while here as they are slow to see what would happen. On the phone for about 5 minutes on hold with no answer and the phones aren't ringing. The only bonus was it only took 30 minutes to cook it and not the hour they told me.
The app is absolute garbage!!! Second time trying to use it this week. First time quit due to the crazy long wait time. This time ordered before I realized it would be 5 hours until our order was ready. Tried calling to cancel on hold fior over 45 minutes. Finally drove there to cancel only to find out our order was ready. Took it home - not fresh or hot. Not the fault of the employees 100% the terrible app.
This Pizza Hut is literally beans, just do yourself a favor and get Dominos. Or literally anything else. Literally any other pizza place out pizzas this Pizza Hut. After leaving me on hold 3 times for 10+ minutes and not completing my order, they finally got it done only to tell me that they would not take the free, valid delivery coupon handed out by Dixie State. Joke’s on them, I would never order from them if it weren’t for the free coupon.
