We ordered 2 medium pizzas one with pepperoni and one super supreme pizza what we got was a cheese pizza and pepperoni! When we called the store they told us they thought or order was weird that had come through cause it was showing on there end a super supreme with no toppings. So my husband asked who pays extra money for a cheese pizza why wouldn’t you call and confirm since we paid extra for a super supreme. We were told it was our issue and they could credit us or refund but it would be over1 hour wait to get our correct pizza they store manager was very rude and had no customer service told us we had gone in and unselected all toppings which makes no sense what’s so ever we will not be ordering again fromPizza Hut period
The pizza hut on sunset is great, but the one in Washington is my favorite! They always go above and beyond, every time! If they make a mistake (it happens once in a great while) not only is it made right, but the staff goes way above to give the best quality service I've ever seen in a pizza joint... can't go wrong here people!
I had gotten a completely different pizza to the one that was in my order and the pizza appeared to have been old . And when we called to try to resolve the issue we were hung up on due to how close it was to the store closing.
Just paid $18.80 for a medium pizza with 3 toppings.I inquired about th size I needed, medium or large, for 2 servings, and was told medium, so that is what I ordered.When I picked it up i learned that the same pizza, in a large size, was on special for just over $13.00.It would have been easy to mention that when I was making my order. Not impressed!?,.
I ordered chicken wings and they were not cooked good. Had to throw them away. Sucks because for 12 wings it was $20.
You guys are amazing at what you do! We always order at least once a week , since we are a busy family of 6 and between soccer practice and games we barely have time to relax and pizza hut is always there to deliver our hot dinner when we need it most . All I want to say is Thank you all and happy holidays.
I ordered online and waited 30 min then when wondering where my order was, I checked my email and had an email saying that Pizza Hut was unable to process my order at this time. So I ended up driving to Little Caesars instead.
2 HOURS FOR DELIVERY AND FOOD WAS COLD!!!! Been on hold for 50 mins (and counting ) to complain and ask for a refund, still NO ANSWER!!! Wings were COLD and not sauced properly, seriously go to DOMINOES this Pizza Hut is by far the worst in UTAH, no apology for how late our food was either, hopefully we get our money back because the quality of food was beyond poor, never again…..Update* we were given a refund and ordered today and the food arrived FAST and tasted AMAZING!
This place I ordered a Pan Pizza that’s not what I got and no sauce with my wings $50 for a medium and 12 wings and they can’t get it right No More!!!
Not somethig easily fixed. Store was understaffed (like everybody else) and the wait for employee to bring out my food was longer than I expected. Great pizza. Great boneless chicken (garlic parmasan).
