Went to use the Starving Student card that I paid $30 for ... but the manager refused to honor the coupon, citing inflation. The coupon was for a thin crust pepperoni pizza for $5.99. given that they're only providing less than half the crust and only having 1 topping, that's a pretty stupid excuse. Gonna refund me the cost of the card? Pathetic customer experience - an intelligent manager would recognize that high-end pizza chains are going to be one of the first establishments to lose customers in a recession, so taking a small hit to honor coupons you agreed to would have been in your best interest to retain customers. Dumb move, Pier 49, dumb move. Enjoy the coming recession and good luck surviving it on such minimal management skills.
Nice lunch option. Salad bar and 12 in. Pie reasonably priced. I'll be back?
Looking for a place to get a meal, we were stopping over in St. George, UT. Across the street from our hotel was Pier 49 Pizza, was recommended by the staff, thought we'd give it a try. Very very good pizza, we got the Alcatraz variety, great toppings and lots of them. Doubt we'll get back to this part of the country again, but if we ever do it's a definite stop!!
Excellent pizza. Thick crust and great variety. We got the garlic Alfredo chicken with fresh tomatoes and it was legit. The desert pizza was tasty as well.
Hot, fresh, delicious! Busy, but the employee was on top of it and friendly even though she was running.
I called about 5 places in St George and these guys delivered. Everyone else I called didn't. One had Door Dash but the online ordering didn't allow me to get what I wanted. We were staying in a hotel in St George. We had a medium pizza with 4 toppings and 5th on just half. Order was filled correctly. Crust and sauce were good, but thought the toppings were a bit skimpy. Nice flavor and hot when delivered. Promised in 1 hour 15 to 1 hour 30 and it came in 55 minutes so that was good. Price was reasonable.
I came here with some family and it didn’t seem too fancy but the pizza was super good! Would definitely come here again.
Arrived at 6:40 pm and waited almost an hour for our pizza. After my 2nd trip to the counter to figure out what was taking so long, the person behind the counter was pulling our pizza out of a to go box. It was room temperature. Apparently had been sitting awhile. We ordered a 1/2 Alcatraz 1/2 Golden Gate. Can you even tell the difference? One is vegetable the other is a combination. They did make us a new pizza with the correct toppings. However it was still lacking in flavor - actually not that good at all.
The food was great with friendly staff. It was not bust at all when I visited, so I only waited about 10 minutes for my order. I was very impressed with the service. The pizza was great as were the wings. We would stop here again if passing through.
Delicious home made style pizza! Owned and ran by a local family. Great people. These guys are seriously the best. Fresh pizza on Christmas Eve? Yes please!!
