Update: Another location offered us replacement drinks and alerted the store of the problem. We appreciated the help and the quick response. We will gladly continue to support Perks! and their delicious drinks! :)Perks! is my go-to place, but this visit was a bust. I usually go to the location on St. George Blvd, but tried this location instead. I ordered a caramel macchiato and when I got it, it tasted like syrup flavoring. It was sour and undrinkable. I couldn’t even taste the coffee. My friend ordered a different drink but it tasted the same! They looked like normal coffee but they were both so sour and disgusting that we threw them away. The girls working seemed like they were annoyed so we didn’t ask them to remake our drinks. I probably won’t come to this location again.
My wife and I came for a little coffee date. The atmosphere is very comfortable, casual and modern. The staff was cheerful, helpful and efficient. Enjoyed my Americano, my wife enjoyed her vanilla iced latte w/skim milk. We'll be back!
My new favorite coffee shop! Phenomenally smooth. The specialty drinks are all delicious. (Had to try them all in one day.) If I lived in the area I would be here everyday! Plus it appears they have Seth MacFarlane working here! Excellent service.
My wife enjoyed her specialty coffee drink. I had a cup of dark roast coffee, which was very bitter. I had a blueberry muffin, which was good, and my wife had a vegan coffee cake that she liked.

Really great coffee! Found this place just before heading to Zion. I have celiac and also allergic to coconut so hard to find syrups that don’t mess with me. They make their own vanilla syrup so I was able to have a yummy vanilla latte!
Great drinks, efficient and friendly service, super cute environment. We made it a point to come here twice during our vacation weekend.
Best and favorite in southern Utah
The drive thru menu was out of date, yet, the service was pleasant and kind. I highly recommend updating the menu, especially when an item is no longer being offered.And if Perks has an app, or other member benefits, I was not told about it. If they do have one, I would consider sharing that with each customer.
