I placed an order just over $40 for delivery, was told it would be 31-41 minutes. ok, no big deal. order showed up 45 minutes, not bad right? Wrong. I ordered extra garlic (4) with my custom pizza, chicken BBQ wings, brownie for desert and a 2-liter. They gave me my food (pizza, chicken, brownie and drink) they gave me ONE order of RANCH in the pizza box, not even A garlic cup, not ONE. This was not what I paid for now was expecting. I wasn't even given utensils for the chicken.So I called the store trying to get things figured out so I can eat...I've now been on hold for 30 minutes having the phone ring and then transferred to some recording that is on repeat of what the best part of the pizza, then back to the phone ringing.Now my pizza is cold. The choice of Papa John's for dinner was a complete waste of time and a complete disappointment.
With two employees covering register, preparing dough and making pizzas on a busy night, they could have had more help.The pizza was ordered to be half one style and half the other...it was more like 75% and 25%, and the 25% that was meant to be veggie garden hardly had anything on it. We were very disappointed at the quality of food received.My wait time was more than triple than originally quoted, and several other customers showed their own discomfort.I highly recommend further action is taken to avoid this in the future.
We frequently order pizza from this location and the one in Washington. Our food has always been great! Tonight we ordered delivery. It arrived hot and fresh, and the driver was very friendly. Everything was made just as we ordered it. I know there are times when they are short staffed just like everywhere else. I'm personally thankful for everyone working so that I can still have food delivered. Thank you for always bringing us a delicious dinner when we don't want to cook or go out! You guys are awesome!!
This is my favorite pizza place!! But the last time I got pizza there it was probably the worst! Way too greasy and the topics would not stay on. This is why I gave place only 3 starts.
I don’t leave many reviews, I just felt this pizza warranted one.This was horrible pizza. It was fairly cold, had way way way too much sauce, not enough cheese to cover the pizza and the way too much sauce. We paid for New York style and this wouldn’t pass off as bad frozen pizza in the supermarket. We paid 110 dollars for this terrible pizza. I would not suggest them at all. So bad. My wife will eat every pizza without complaint. It’s her favorite food. This is the first time in 25 years she hated the pizza just like myself. It was so bad. 110 dollars and we didn’t even eat it.
I ordered through another food delivery app, but things were missing from my order. This is not the first time it has happened, but only happens when I order from Papa John's, no where else. Same thing with a few friends of mine. When I called to explain, and ask that in the future they would just double check outgoing orders, they were very rude, and said they already do that. But if that were the case, I wouldn't have things repeatedly missing. I didn't feel like they cared about me as a costumer, or that they didn't care that it was happening to other people. Terrible costumer service
Although they were a bit behind on orders they were awesome about acknowledging it and handled it perfectly. Quality was exactly as expected as well.
2nd time we have had this experience experience. Ordered online ordered online paid by my credit card bank took out my money waited over an hour and called to see delivery status and they said never place an order.
I order pizza every week, and Papa John's is one of my favorite places to go for it. The staff is always friendly and professional, the food is fresh, orders are accurate, and the prices are great!
I have never had a better experience with a manager or a store than now. My elderly father ordered by phone with a cc and they had trouble matching zip codes to the cc. The pizza delivery man showed with the pizza and there was still some confusion as to the zip. There was some back-n-forth as to the zip/cc. In the end the delivery man was directed by the manager to leave the pizza. When I called to get clarification the manager(Johnny)assured me the pizza had been delivered at NO CHARGE! When I tried to pay he said no,he just didn’t want an elderly person to go hungry! OMG! Is this the best store(manager/delivery person) there is? Please frequent this establishment as your to get the best service available.
