We either fall over Chinese Restaurants or it's a giant oasis of dust. Once the dust settles the tried and true Panda Garden remains still. It might have won "best in St George" by default or the reason it won is because it's customers deem it worthy of recognition and continuing patronage.Lunch specials are varied and affordable. Off menu customization is no "big deal" to this thoroughly accommodating, friendly staff. You will find the waitstaff pleasant whether ordering lunch time rush specials, getting a quick to go, or dropping by informally with a group to "lunch". Dinner is pleasant and uniquely intimate given the seating arrangements.I have NEVER returned a dish. Whether needing no/low sodium (or MSG), no nuts or sesame seeds, steamed rather than pan fried, minimal sauce, or sauce on the side...it's all possible.Selections are varied. So much choice. Thank goodness for this style of cooking where flavors are combined and beauty is created. Broccoli is al dente and a vibrant green. Chicken, beef, and pork are tender, moist and taste identifiable. Dumplings (all) are soft, tasty, and demanding to be more than appetizers.Soups are sure to cure what ails you as a great way to start any meal. You can't miss with "hot & sour", egg drop, or wanton. These could be a meal themselves.Stop looking for a "good" Chinese restaurant...settle in for a GREAT experience (like you remember it to be) at Panda Garden...the one on the hill.

Chow mein was bland with too much corn starch. The egg drop soup also had too much corn starch. The Hot and sour soup was a little better. The friend rice was really bland for being fried rice. Bean curd was good with veggies and Lo Mein. A lot of people were coming and going so it must be popular. I just ordered the wrong items. I'll try Panda Express next time.

Bummer. I like the food ok. Enough to drive 15 min to eat there. Got there at 8:30 and they told me they close at 9. I say it’s 8:30 and they say “we close at 9. We don’t want anyone here at 9.” Won’t go back after that.

One of our favorite places in town. I love the Wonton Soup. The family meals are awesome so you can try a bunch of different stuff. We honestly haven't tried anything we don't love.Just fair warning. They are ALWAYS busy. Take out or dining in you will wait. But it's totally worth it

Loved the food!!! We never went into the restrant, but the food was very good!!! You know some times when you order something to go and you get there the food is not ready on time or its been sitting there getting cold, its very disapointing! But not at this place, we got there in time frame they gave us, and there it was, our food was coming out of the kitchen, we had nice and hot food to go to the park. I would recomend this palce to anyone. Thanks for the good food and the great experiance.

The restaurant was packed so I had great hopes it was good. Maybe being from another state spoiled me. Chinese food in Utah is so bland! Ours in Maine is flavorful and delicious. I just don't understand Utah's taste I guess. I'll make my own.

The food is mediocre at best, especially considering the entrees run you $14+. It is a nicer setting than most dive Chinese restaurants but that is the only redeeming factor. I would honestly rather go to Panda Express and get better Chinese food faster and cheaper.

Great place for Chinese food. The food is always fresh and well prepared. Usually do takeout, and I have not one complaint.

The food is pretty good, but the website link goes to a restuarant with the same name in Philsdelphia, PA. Don't try to order online if you want to eat in St. George. :)

Amazing food!! Our server too was just adorable and so sweet. We will definitely come back. This was such yummy comfier food, we all loved it! 10/10!!
