Most efficient drive through I've ever been through! The food was great and the service was even better! Best Panda Express location I've been to!
Usually this place serves their food fresh. But today at 2.30pm most of it looked old. The Teriyaki Chicken was burnt and try.The Woman behind the counter looked like she didn't want to be there, very impolite. My Husband got the Mushroom Chicken and Black Angus Steak. Do better by your Customers.
Nisce and clean, had delicious lunch on my way to vegas. Nice place and you can see mall for shopping.
Closes at 9:30 but turns away customers at 9:20 while they still have food available. I have seen this location do this twice now.
One of our favorite fast food places consistently good food and prices reasonable
When you order "Teriyaki Chicken" on the menu you expect just that. Like any other Eastern style foodTeriyaki is included.Hence the name "Teriyaki Chicken." When it's not added, offered, or provided by the store without extra request it's called "Grilled Chicken"
It took awhile to get our food because they ran out of Chow Mein and it took 10 minutes to get it prepared. That seemed silly to me. The food once received was generous portions and tasty. My Honey Walnut Chicken was somewhat mushy. Sometimes I feel the Drive Thru gets more attention than those that actually make the effort to come inside.
Drive thru is super fast, food is always piping hot and fresh. Service is always great, never have to ask for condiments or utensils. I visit this spot once a week for lunch and I'm always satisfied.
My hubby picked us up Panda Express on his way home and when we opened it, the teriyaki chicken had no teriyaki on it or in the bag. Essentially just plain too dry chicken without it. I called to ask what I needed to do and the manager got my name and said come down right now with your receipt. I drove the 10 minutes there and waiting in the drive through and when I got there I explained we werent given a receipt so I showed a screenshot showing todays date and that we purchased. She then told me that in order to give me fresh chicken that isnt now an hour old an cold I needed to then drive home, get the chicken and bring it back. I wouldve brought it if I was told over the phone. I then asked if there was a store manager or corporate number to get some help and she told me to look it up and then slammed the drive through window door on me. I’m super frustrated, this is so unprofessional. I felt the whole time like they thought I was trying to scam them out of a small thing of Teriyaki Chicken. I had my screenshot, we spent wayyyy more than $4. That wasnt the intention to get free chicken. Just super disappointed
this doesn’t even look appetizing they need some better cooks.
