Line was extremely slow, workers seemed lackadaisical and didn't care at all. The cashier, Cris, sold me a warm coke. After kindly explaining it was warm, I asked if I could just get a cup to put ice in to be on my way. She hands me the smallest cup they have which couldn't possibly hold all the coke from the glass bottle, especially if there was ice in it. I asked for a slightly larger cup and she refused. After going back and forth with her about four times, in front of an entire line that reached to the door, she finally gave me a cup big enough to hold the entire coke. I filled it with ice, dumped my coke in, and left. Not sure if the front cooler wasn't working that day which is why the cokes were warm, but it didn't seem like a quick cup to compensate would've been that big of a deal. Hopefully Cris had a great day and she didn't take offense to me asking for the cup, I didn't mean it maliciously! I love Panda Express and the food was great as always.

Every time we try to get food, they “close early” for no reason. They close their lobby whenever they please, at my job I don’t have the “luxury” of closing when I feel like it. This is getting absolutely ridiculous. And they need to stop blaming it on “Covid” it’s frustrating and unfair that a business like this does whatever they please whenever they want.
You have great employees! They work hard with a huge smile on their face. I haven't seen managers around in the last 5 times I came. I know everyone is having a hard time hiring; my recommendation is over these challenging times; just make sure you support them!
Panda Express hours are posted online to open at 10 am sharp. My husband and I got there today at 10.30 am and watched as customers were not allowed inside. Panda Express workers sat inside and did not unlock the doors, they ignored customers who knocked politely. We waited until 11, thinking that the doors would be open. No ma'am. The workers sat inside with the doors locked, never once looking up when customers came to the locked door.I love Panda express but I am highly disappointed in the Red Cliffs location in St George Utah.0/10 stars.
I would give it a zero Stars if possible, personally I work for doordash and I pulled up 40 minutes before they closed and they had no food whatsoever in order to serve people, then I proceeded to watch three different sets of customers not be able to order anything because they had no food. I understand wanting to clean up and have things easy for when you guys do shut down, and 15 to 20 minutes before you close sure start doing it, but when you have 40 minutes left till you shut your doors and stop serving customers you should have your food available!!! Especially if you deliver through apps such as Doordash, because people are going to order up to the very last minute. What an extreme inconvenience and a huge loss of money for the business!!!
I wish I could rate this lower! We went in an hour and a half before closing and they had almost no food options, okay fine, trash piling all over the place as they needed to take it out, okay fine and they took it out while we were there, we got our food and as I am paying she is bagging up our food, I explain we are dining in she tells me that they are already closed [the door and their website says there an hour and a half left til they close] I told her we are eating here and took the food to a table to eat. The staff continued to tell customers as they came in that the food they had is all that they had left and that they are closed, each time a customer said that it’s an hour til the store closes the staff just continued to dismiss these facts and would tell them sorry we are already closed. Finally the shift leader sent the cooks home over an hour early and locked the doors, telling us she was locking us in. We finished eating very soon after and she came and let us out.I have never had such bad service and see such egregious behavior from a Panda Express in my life I couldn’t believe what was happening, turning away business and creating such a poor experience for the ones that managed to get food! Wow clearly trying and restructuring is desperately need! I hope corporate sees this and makes changes ASAP.
Management is horrible. Food was over cooked and fried rice was dry. That was my first visit last week. Today, their hours are wrong. They closed at 8pm, when it's suppose to be 9pm. Thought I'd give them a second chance, but they failed me. Not worth my time and money.
Absolutely horrible food tonight half of the entree were out and what they had was overcooked and old as if it was made yesterday. Complete waste of 30 bucks would have been better offeating McDonald's
