Worst experience ever. I visited Thursday night just before 11:30pm. I ordered 6 plain cheeseburgers. I was given 6 regular cheeseburgers. The lobby was closed, so I walk to the drive-thru window and handed back the bag and said that I asked for 6 plain and these are not plain. I parked by the numbered spots (that you would park at for them to bring you your food). A young woman came out with a bag, but she was looking back at the store. She said "both of us were wearing a headset and we know you did not say plain. I said "okay what do you want me to do?" Then, she finally handed me the bag and said "I think she changed the order for you." And it was the exact same burgers that I handed to them but they put it in a different bag!!! She said that they're so busy, and they only have two people in the kitchen. I said "okay, so I guess I will call Management in the morning." She asked if I wanted a refund, and I said yes. But, she didn't come back. I walked back to the window to tell the lady working there that the other person was supposed to give me a refund and never came back after I've been waiting in my car for 10 minutes with three kids in the car.
The worst place I have ever ate. Very dirty inside. Table not wiped off. Floors are gross. Bathrooms are horrible and dirty. And the employees don’t care. They stand around discussing what they are doing tonight. Left my food after requesting fresh food then was told it is fresh. I definitely will be reporting them to the health department
Didn't think this location could possibly get worse but they proved me wrong tonight. They gave us our total and sent us on before our order was finished. Then we sat behind the car at the payment window for at least 10 minutes (no I'm not exaggerating). We gave her the rest of our order when we got up to the window, paid, went on to the pickup window, where the girl from the pay window yelled that our card was declined (still don't know why, there was plenty of money, but paid with a different card). We were given the wrong order. Then we were missing items. The poor girl handing us stuff was almost in tears even though none of this was directly her fault (although she should have been double checking bags). The bag one bag had an empty french fry container with fries dumped allover inside the bag. When we finally got our order, we pulled away, only to find out that they hadn't given us any of our sauces. This McDonalds has had issues since we moved here 3 years ago but this is by far the worse its ever been. I can't tell you what order number we were because they didn't give us a receipt either.
First I got my 2 shakes and was then told to park in a parking stall to wait for the rest of my food. After waiting some time someone came out and gave me part of my order. My biggest concern with that was the person who handed me my food was not an employee. They were taking to the employee and walked it to my car but they were dressed in street clothes and didn’t say what my order was but just put it in my window. As I am writing this review I am still waiting on the rest of my order and 15-20 cars have gone through the drive through as I wait… super disappointed! And my shakes are totally melted before I can get them home to my kids.
Good food, but every once in awhile they’d forget a sandwich or mix up the cars. im fine with that but there’s this one lady on orders that i always hope i dont get. shes always very pushy and rude. the last time i got her she muted herself and finished my order before i was done- and shes like this every time. dine in lobby is just ok, with the soda machine flavors only sometimes refilled..
This McDonald's always has the worst service. It's staffed by a bunch of teenagers that have no idea what they're doing. Everytime we come they are out of something, get our order wrong, or take forever. Today, even after I asked and confirmed that they had apple pies, I was asked to pull forward and waited 15 minutes for my pies.
Should have read the reviews before I visited this mcdonalds location. I have never had this issue at any other mcdonalds but considering my experience and the experience of others they really need to clean up this place. The beef in my quarter pounder was very raw! Didn't realize till already a few bites in. Hopefully I dont get sick now!
This what I got with my kids happy meal . I also asked if I can get French fries and apple slices and they said I had to pay extra which I told them I didn't had a problem paying of it. And I get home and I only got fries and this . I'm very disappointed and my child is upset.
The service was really poor. We eat at this McDonald's quit often and have had good service. This visit, we waited quite awhile for our meal, and when it came to our table it was cold. I tried to take it back, I was told I'd have wait my turn. After about 15 or 20 minutes, we left our meal on the table, and left the restaurant. It will be awhile before I come back to this location.
Just yikes. I ordered something very simple, like one item simple. They had me pull into a parking spot to wait for it. I waited 22 minutes, while they came and asked me seven times if they had my order in the bag they were carrying- they are super unorganized. When I finally flagged someone down, they said - oh we don’t have your order show us the receipt. Seriously? I’ve been sitting here for almost half an hour!!!!The one thing I can say is they were friendly. Usually they are very rude at this location. Safe to say I will never ever be coming back. Get it together McDonald’s.
