I was excited seeing I was the only one at the drive thru, however, excitement ended when I saw my order in my bag.My favorite thing here is the fries. So paying for a batch of old, cold fries is just simply sad!You shouldn’t sell old cold fries to customers.
Terrible experience!!! Half our order was missing, food was nasty with tasting old, burnt, and like the top of the salt lid came off and they just dusted it off. They were highly disorganized. All we saw was teenagers messing around the whole time and the manager trying to be their best friend instead of their manager. We won't be back to this location!!! Never regretted going to a McDonald's this badly! They didn't know what they were doing.
horrible dining room always closed . bad business considering all the motels near by. what joke everyone else is open . cc any make money being closed!!
This is the worst MsDonalds!!! We came for the weekend and stayed at a hotel across the street. With not many fast food options, we stopped in the drive through for a hot fudge sundae….NO ICE CREAM!!!! Go figure, always out of ice cream. Then the next morning, wanted to sit down instead of sitting in the hotel room and the dining room was CLOSED!!! No more money will ever go to McDonald’s!!!
My son got a card for a free ice cream cone and begged for days to go… finally went and waited over 30 min! Finally just walked out empty handed. Totally ridiculous!
Attempted twice in two days to eat here, and both times unsuccessful. After a 20 min wait in the drive thru with no progress and the next day trying to go inside. Both attempts ended in such a disorganized cluster. Burger King across the street turned out to be a much easier more enjoyable experience.
Requested hot, fish sandwich. After waiting 10 minutes it was served cold, but hubby's sandwich hot. Took it back. Waited almost 20 minutes, after being told it'd take 7 minutes. Employee and female manager both rude when I jokingly asked if it was fish yet. Took 35 minutes total to get a hot sandwich but only 15 to get rotten attitude. Won't be going back any time soon.
This location is listed as being open 24 hours. We went at 12:15am. We were the 3rd car back. There were also numerous people behind us. We all waited for over 20 mins. The lights were all on. The menu was lit up. The app also has it listed it as open 24 hours. One of the people near the back of the line decided to pull around and look inside. She came back around and said that there was only 1 employee inside cleaning up. Maybe you guys should get things in order. We come to St George often, and will definitely not be going to this location again.
Terrible service. We were required to use automated ordering device. Which did not work very well. It took 25 minutes to get breakfast for 4. I ordered a fountain drink, but they wouldn't give me my cup until the whole order we ready. Then the only drinks available in the fountain machine were diets, Mello yellow and water.
Their service was fast and efficient I just had to wait for a bit while the fries finished cooking. My only complaint was that they young man that came out with my order looked as if he was serious ticked off. No smile or delightful upbeat attitude that I'm use to getting from this particular location.
