Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich value meal, took a bight into an old bun crusty and chicken was also old and sitting around obviously. Walked it back in and thumped on the bun to show the employee and they said, just throw it away and walked to get me another, I assumed. Didn’t say sorry or I’ll take that, and then asked a second time, what was it? I’m pretty sick of MacDonalds, too many experiences like this.At least the second one was edible, but not much better…at least the fun was softer but the chicken was just that crispy…too crispy. Done!
Worst McDonald's ever. Ordered our food, waited 16 minutes only to receive the wrong coffee. While waiting another 8 minutes for coffee to be fixed, looked through the bag to find we only received half of our order. Told the cashier, who just finished a cash transaction, we were missing half our meal and she went and bare handed grabbed hash browns and handed them to us. Absolutely deplorable, side note no coins to give change.
Order was mixed up a bit also it sat on the counter for awhile because our number wasn't called, fries were lukewarm, when I went back to the counter for help, I waited and waited while employees stood around and chatted with one another. The only thing that tasted good was the fish sandwich but the fish portion could be a little bigger to fill the bun, to eliminate the feeling of to much bread.
I came here once and was happy with everything. For a McD’s, it was 5 star service and food. I got napkins and the condiments I asked for, so everything was all good. You can only expect so much from McDonalds, despite what others say. I ended up posting the review because I was looking for a breakfast time. Compared to other McD’s, my first visit was quality. Sometimes it just depends on who’s working. Best thing I can say about any place..
Fast food, not here. Twenty Two minutes from the time we placed our order to the time we received it and the fries were luke warm. They said we could wait another 8 minutes for new fries and I did not want the rest of my meal getting cold waiting for hot fries. When you are driving thru St. George go somewhere else if you are stopping for a quick lunch, since this was not a quick lunch by any standard.
This is the worst McDonalds in the st George area. The fry’s taste like the are old, the ice cream machine was “broken” like they always say and to top it off the soda machines are broken and they won’t give you a refill from the back drive through machines.
We stopped for a quick bite to eat. We ordered a combo filet of fish Big Mac snd a drink. A full 20 minutes to receive our order. No fries and the filet was just made carelessly. We pointed it out and the just didn’t seem to care. . I revisited the issue and a manager finally came out and apologized. Very poor execution with what felt like poor training and a don’t care attitude.
Terrible; paid for 8 pies and only got 4, they made us give them exact change or we couldn’t purchase our order and they threw everything in the bag and messed up the sandwiches. Everything was smashed and slapped together like they didn’t care at all. Whoever runs this McDonald’s and whoever worked here today (1-1-22) you need to be fired/reported.
An hour and a half ago I decided to go get food for my boyfriend and I. I saw that they had a deal for 2 Big Macs, 2 Fries, and a 20 piece for $15. That was more than enough to feed my boyfriend and I (we hadn’t really eaten all day). When I pulled up to pay, the guy had the audacity to say “someone was hungry” and looked me up and down. He was very condescending the entire encounter. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location.
Oh no! The restaurant experienced a catastrophic failure in service this morning! The cashier was assisting the kitchen staff so there was a delay in placing my order. The dining room was so cold you could literally hang meat in there. The meal took an inordinately long time to prepare. Every table was dirty. I felt sorry for the staff, but mostly felt sorry for me as I sat shivering waiting for my food! This visit not so fun….
