This was our first time. I brought my cousin for her birthday. The food was delicious for what I was able to order. I came for clam chowder. The food truck had not come and they were out of frying oil and no clams. I was limited on what to order so I had Chicken Parmesan. It was delicious and I had to bring half home. Their side salad was the best. The 1000 island dressing was scrumptious and they put salami and cheese on top! They brought my cousin ice cream for a birthday wish but no candle. I was a little disappointed in that. They have a little bakery and I bought a lemon cake. It was sinful. We will be back and hopefully the food truck will have stocked them up!
Never got waited on, after the server said âhello, Iâll be right with youâ twice! Lots of âbreadedâ things on the menu a real turn off! We left!
Maglebys is always a good choice for great food any day of the week.
Sadly my coworkers and I were there at the same time as a large group in a convention room at the attached hotel. Sadly, the kitchen hadnât pre-prepped, or pre-prepped enough to meet the needs of their lunch crowd and the large group. We sat at just after noon and our meals werenât served until 12:50. At first our waitress was professional and apologetic. She comped our sweet potato fries and then avoided us like the plague. We all would have thought she would have been more accommodating, solicitous, checking on the things she COULD control, offering free specialty drinks or more rolls or something. Instead she refused to come near our table - even after someone else eventually brought our meals, which we hardly had time for before heading back to our office. She was surely in an awkward situation but didnât handle it well in the end. Additionally, one coworker did NOT like her food as it seems it was hurriedly prepped (understandably) and the onions and bell peppers on her sandwich were over cooked and tasteless, and she found the sandwich overall unappealing. Had the waitress come to check on us she would have been able to help, Iâm sure. A manager never came to our table, which I would have expected under the circumstances. My coworker doesnât intend to eat at Magelbyâs again. Me, I understand these things happen and servers arenât perfect. Iâll give it another chance, as I have always enjoyed the restaurant previously.

Our waiter Braxton was great!!! Good customer service manager even came by our table to make sure we were happy and didnât need anything ð We will definitely be back!!
Magleby's is a regular "go to" spot for us. The food is good. The rolls are great. There's a good selection so if we take friends, everyone can find something on the menu that works for them. Prices are a little high but fair. We just discovered the salad with salmon and shrimp. It's really good. I wish they would get wild salmon rather than farmed.
Everything was great. Was good to have a low noise restaurant for a change so we could have a nice conversation at dinner.
We went to Magleby' for the first time and loved it! The food was delicious and he staff was outstanding. We were greeted by Thomas and were made to feel immediately welcome. Our server, Holly was excellent! I had the fried shrimp, and it was the most delicious friend shrimp dinner that I have had in years. My wife said her trout dinner was equally inviting. Overall, Highly recommended.
A very nice restaurant with good food and great service. We were greeted immediately by Thomas and felt very welcome. Nice ambiance and quiet. Our server Kelly was excellent and quite knowledgeable she was very welcoming also. The gods was delicious and served quickly. This was our first visit and we Look forward to returning. A nice dining experience !
