Waited in line for 15 minutes when there's only three cars in front of me front door is locked so you have to go to the drive-thru after waiting 15 minutes in the drive through I try and order a hot and ready pepperoni breadstick which comes out to 15 bucks and he tells me it's going to be another 15 minutes but then she said she can't cash it $50 when the changes is like $35 hot and ready yeah right pretty lousy place and customer service
I don't know what's wrong with this particular location, but we usually love little Caesars as they always have pizza ready... Not this one! This is the second time at this location that we got there and they had not even a cheese pizza ready with a 30 minute wait. We only come here for vacation once a year, so nothing has changed since last year. No hot and ready pizza here!
Good,no customers and no.pizzas ready,but had them done in about 10 minutes.
Everybody was like under 18. If the manager can't even legally smoke, you can bet on a crew who doesn't care about bringing quality to customers. Not satisfied at all.
Hello, I ordered your pizza through doordash. The crazy bread was cold and not enough butter and it was tiny and the pizza looked like someone did something to it then I spit it out and didn't get to enjoy my dinner. I won't eat here again. I think I made them angry because I complained about this place before and I never got a full refund from them. People really are greedy and spiteful. You shouldn't trust anyone to handle your food.

Came through the drive through the told me there was a wait. I ordered they told me to come back in about 20 min so I just parked. The came out early in the rain to being the food. Great service!
Customer service was great, pizza and wings delicious. Wings were not over cooked, pizza was still hot when I got it home.
Called in pizza, went through line to pick up, wasn’t ready was told they would bring out in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later went through line and was told the same thing. Called and talk to whoever was in charge, he said I could wait 20 minutes or come get a refund. Told me I could come in and get it in 20 minutes told him it had almost been an hour and they could bring it out. Over an hour later finally got food. Won’t go their again.
Nice to order ahead and have ready to pick up in portal.
