Wonderful Mexican street food. We had an assortment of items for dinner. The pork was the tastiest and the spicy chicken was good too. The meats were juicy and well seasoned.We didn't like the 4 salsas we tried, as they just weren't to our taste, but that didn't detract from the meal. Prices were very fair and the portions are generous.
Best Burrito in all of st George! Fantastic Mexican food! Very very Authentic and very fresh condiments! They get a 10 out of 10!
Very good street tacos and Carnitas (pork) burrito. You can choose your meat for taco or burrito plates, plus they have a salsa bar.Meat seasoning was not overwhelming, and it was tender. The rice did not have onions in it, but it was seasoned like mexican rice or at least the version I was introduced to by a few of my friends. Tomato base, seasoning and onion if desired.Pinto beans (refried beans) tasted great with a little bit of salsa sauce. YumThey have corn Tortillas or flour to choose from.
We were driving by after hiking in snow canyon and decided to stop here for lunch- what a great find! The restaurant is so clean! Even the salsa bar was immaculate and I saw a lady regularly cleaning. We both enjoyed our food - I had the taco plate and my husband had the carne asada fries which he said were the best he’s had. The meat was not grisly either! The place also has a great outdoor seating area.
Holy!!! Burrito! This place was so good, I’m so glad we went here! We got the California burritos, it was so hot and fresh and just everything About it was delicious! The meat in it was juicy and their green sauce was good ? highly recommend if you’re in St George! I would drive back just to eat it. Their salad and chips were so yummy too
Didn't have many of the menu items. The salsa bar was fairly empty, and it had old onions and cilantro.I have had better better tacos.Perhaps if I had been able to get all the options I wanted, I would have been happier with my meal and experience.
By far, my favorite Mexican restaurant in the St George area. Their street tacos are second to none. They recently started serving the newest craze, quessabirria tacos. They are the best I have had. They salsas are so good. This is the restaurant my wife craves the most when she is pregnant. No joke. Never had anything I didn't like!
Loved the street tacos, very authentic. The California Burrito was tasty as well. An additional bonus was the well cared for bathrooms (but unfortunately they are entered from outside only. Over all a great economical Mexican choice in St George.
Nice, local Mexican street food place. Good selection of street tacos and choice of salsa and toppings. Brand were a bit bland, but that is really solved by adding salsa. Good value.
It is always a pleasure to go to La Cocina. It was said after dinner “they never disappoint “. Great authentic Mexican street food and the beans are amazing. Clean facilities and friendly staff. It would be worth your time to give them a try.
