Only had crispy chicken.Dried out. Literally couldn't chew it.Even the dog couldn't eat it. Lucky dog that night.Ordered mac n cheese and got cole slaw which I can't eat..Plus they only had window pick up and I was traveling and it wasn't worth going back for.This was the absolute worst KFC I have been to.Stay away for your own good.
My first and last time eating here. Horrific. The chicken was as if it was fried in warm oil. Soggy breading that was a creamy color. Nobody ate the chicken. It was sticky and i could literally rub my finger over the top and it was just goo. We werent able to eat even the inside of chicken pieces. I should have taken photos. The potatoes and mac and cheese were so nasty, no one could eat it. Even the strawberry lemonade was disgusting.The only good things about this place were the workers and customer service. I didnt go back and complain because i dont know if it was their fault or if corporate just doesnt care.Again, ill never eat there again. Waste of $35.
Please please PLEASE. Somebody do something about the employees here! This is the 4th time our meal didnt have everything we played for! I am sick and tired of paying for food that we dont even get! PLEASE hire an entire new crew, preferably people that know what they are doing. This location needs some serious help. Dont go here unless you are prepared to pay for food you'll never get!
More than a year removed from COVID shutdowns and this place still has their dining room closed. This place is an embarrassment to society.Also, This place is more expensive than nice sit down restaurants.
The food at this KFC is usually very good and the service is fast and friendly. We go there every couple of months and have only been disappointed once when we got home and we were missing four pieces of chicken. In their defense, we always substitute wings for thighs in the 8-piece and they just happened to forget the wings. One mistake in 8 years of visiting a fast food restaurant ain't bad. I recommend this KFC.
Not cooked well and no seasoning...Strange I could go anywhere in the world and the same KFC taste here nope it was bad and will drive to Vegas to get KFC if I wand KFC
I would like my orders to be accurate. Paying $33 for missing sides with all meals is ridiculous.
I ordered through Uber eats THREE total meals .. I got a call from an employee at KFC stating there wasn’t enough chicken to complete one of the orders (as it was nearing the end of the night I understand) but he said could substitute legs and thighs for the meal instead. He said there would be NINE chicken (instead of 8, super cool thanks dude) .. but when my food got delivered .. there was only THREE chicken thighs in there… and the sides I ordered were completely wrong. My Pepsi was actually a disgusting combination of some type of orange drink and sprite? And to make things even worse .. THEY DIDNT GIVE ME MY OTHER TWO MEALS. When we tried to call the store to let them know the order is wrong .. the phone just kept ringing. We tried Calling for 25 minutes before the store was closed for the night. We made a complaint through Uber and kfc and will definitely be calling in the morning for a full refund. NOT happy with the service.
Got order wrong again, you would think with 6 people on shift and having me wait 25 minutes for tender that they would have time while putting the order together they could at least make sure the sides were right, I made it very easy for them all the sides were mac&cheese. I just don't understand how you mistake fries for Mac& cheese? I'm done will not go back to this store again.......
Worst KFC I have ever been to. You can’t even trust of the employees know how to count, I got home with only 2/3 of what I ordered. Terrible, terrible!!
