Slow customer service through at the drive up window. Sat there for 5 minutes just waiting for the girl to chat with her friend. Then waited another 5 minutes when we pulled up to the window. After trying to hand us the wrong order and not apologizing for the wait or messing up he handed us our order.Got home and our order was wrong. Will not be going to this establishment ever again.

I'm not fond of Jimmy John's sandwiches. Had dried tomatoes on my sandwich. Didn't like those. Only went here to get my free drink. Jersey Mike's is the best Sandwich place. ?
Jimmy John's can make a simple turkey sandwich an experience! The French bread is amazing, I don't typically like mayo but theirs is really good. It is a simple sandwich, but it is outstanding! There are all of the snacks to go with, chips, cookies, really big pickles! Perfect on a hot summer afternoon!
I work in food service myself so I prefer to put my orders in online to give people a heads up. I did so and got sandwiches for me and my two younger siblings my brother loves spice so I got hot peepers on his and pickles on my six year old sisters. I also made sure to get no cheese in mine as I have textural issues with it. I even made such to place the order almost forty five minutes ahead. When we arrived to pick it up it was ready to go which was great however as soon as we sat down we noticed the issues. Mine did have cheese on it so I just peeled it off as well as no tomato’s for some reason. They also didn’t put any peppers on my brothers or pickles. I went and double checked my order and I input it all correct so we were very confused. Then my poor sister was like this bacon is really spicy, turns out they put a TON of spicy peppers on hers! I would understand if they were understaffed or super busy but they had twelve people behind that counter and it was honestly kinda slow. I’m disappointed with how this time went as we were so excited and really got let down with the ordering ahead.
Got an unwich here and they actually wrapped it great! The other jimmyjohns aways wraps bad but they did great on mine and super fast in the drive thru
