Really doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. Everytime I order here I am always waiting longer than usual. I’ll order before people and their orders will be made first. Most recently I ordered online for pickup and they prioritized the people walking in rather than my order. I waited for close to an hour for my simple sandwich to be made.
Good service but the kids are all packed in a small space doing prep. Not one mask. They are fast through and my sandwich was fine.
They made my sandwich so fast they beat me paying with the credit card.
I had never been to a Jimmy Johns. So when I let the clerk know they were very helpful. I have had the sandwich at events and like a lot, but honestly never have been crazy with their bread. But this time I had the wheat slice bread. Oh boy, it changed my opinion. I really enjoyed my Beach Club sandwich.
Jimmy Johns is a great place to get a good, fast sandwich. I've used them for large groups and they are great to work with. Prices are reasonable, quality is good, service is extremely fast. I love their bread. What more can you ask for?

I got stale bread. When I went to take a bite out of it I could actually hit it on my dresser and the bread would knock. When I called to let them know that I was given stale bread, the manager hung up on me. I tried to call back and asked for the corporate number and she said that she was sure that I could look it up on google and hung up on me again. Needless to say, working years of fast food has taught me customer service, which this Jimmy Johns just does not have.
I was always partial to the bluff Street location but that all changed tonight when I walked through these doors. There is no drive-thru in this location which is a good thing because that means you have to go inside, and when you do you you may be confronted by a trio of girls who are as witty and funny as they are beautiful. They combine humor and sarcasm with complete efficiency and amazing customer service, filling the air with jokes and pickles.My sandwich is amazing and I haven't even opened it yet. Sorry bluff Street, I'm filing for divorce.
Customer service is lacking, but they got me my food fast, though it was a little messy when I opened it.
Jimmy Johns in Logan has wowed me and has moved consistently up my list of favorite places to eat. I decided to try a new site. This was a 5 compared to other chains, but I waited for a couple minutes for my simple turkey tom sandwich (which tasted great like usual). Keep working at the delivery speed. There were multiple employees horsing around and dancing while I waited.
