Drink was great, but spent 5$ on a sandwich the size of a small hockey puck. Bun was burned, cheese was sliding off sausage patty.
Ordered on mobile app. My smoothie was ready when I walked in.
Did a curbside order, but they told me I had to come inside to pay. That completely defeats the purpose….
Waited thirty minutes only to find out my order had been on the counter for who knows how long. Lots of others having a similar experience. Door dash drivers seem to have priority and were the only names getting called. Unfortunately, nobody else knew that.
Great service. They listened to all of our many questions and answered them all, then went the extra mile to get us our yummy, healthy, smoothies.

I ordered a matcha from the st george location today. This order came out wrong. I asked for a reorder that ended up still being wrong and I was asked to pay. Instead of being upset I just ordered a different drink that was supposed to be plant based. An employee poured real milk into the blender and didn’t bother to be honest about it. This all sounds bad but I didn’t get upset I just emailed into the store. The manager called me back right away. Refunded my drink, apologized and offered to make me a new drink personally. While it wasn’t the best experience I know everyone has bad days and they still did everything they could to make it right. I’m not sure I’d go back with the same employees working but I would recommend Jamba Juice as a great place for smoothies lunch and breakfast that as a company does there best for there customers.
