Both my wife and I received the wrong menu items, one of the employees didn't know what they were serving and a customer sat for 5 minutes or so while his food got cold on the counter because the employee said the wrong item, the men's bathroom had no paper towels or toilet seat covers, and the sink was filthy. Not a good experience at all.
The worst service ever at their drive thru, they didn't answer. The couple before us kept saying hello for about 5 minutes, finally they drove to the window place their order, then I started with the hello at the drive through, no response, I drove to the window, the couple in front was getting their order. Then I told him I couldn't place my order because he didn't answer but wanted to charge me for the order from the car behind me, fifty bucks. Don't know what kind of game he was playing, didn't like it. Left there and went to Culver's for great customer service and food. Oh, and he slammed the little window on me, l didn't cuss, raise my voice, or get upset. It's like they had one speed and didn't feel like doing their job. I was in line 18 or more minutes, without my order be placed.
I'm usually not one to leave a review on things, but I do have to address this.. I ordered a simple sandwich and two curly fries, the guy at the window said my order back to me, and it was correct. I get to the window, paid for my food, and he asked about ketchup and fry sauce, I responded with, barbeque would be great, and he went inside for my order. I took my food and took off, trusting that my order was correct because its always been in the past.I get home, and I find that I have only one regular fry when I ordered two curly, and I got ketchup instead of barbeque.. Luckily my sandwich was fine but I don't understand why he couldn't have said, "Oh were out of this at the moment" or something. The fact that he said my order back to me and I still got the wrong order is baffling to me.
Can’t believe the dine in is still closed I love this place and I am from up north where we don’t have any. when I’m in town I like to swing by and eat here. Disappointed they are still doing this covid closures none sense. I’m sure it’s also part due to low staffing as this is a problem too, but please open your doors so me and my family may stop in grab a bite use the restrooms and wash our hands to stay sanitary.
Deplorable, malicious, asinine behavior on the part of the manager on Saturday 4.9.22. I don't care how angry you get, you NEVER throw a drink in the face of ANYONE - and through the drive thru?!?!?! What are you? An Animal? I hope you lose your job and are required to go to anger management classes, you need it. As you are, you should NEVER be allowed to work with the public. You were out of line and need to be held responsible for your actions. I would never want to work for a manager like you.
First time trying this chain, as we do not have these where I live. It was really good. The menu is wild. Breakfast all day. Everything was made fresh. Really hit the spot.
My wife encountered possibly one of the worst experiences ever at this Jack in the Box. We always try to stop here on our way through St George since we're both California transplants and don't have a Jack in the Box close by. Not only did she have to wait 35-40 minutes in the drive through, she wasn't told they were out of popcorn chicken until they were picking up their food. Worse, the manager Jorge would not let them get something else without going back through the line. Faced with one of the kids not being able to eat, she asked for a refund. Jorge threw the card back in the car then proceeded to throw a drink at my wife which spilled all over the car, the people inside, and terrified the kids. This is terrible behavior to be allowed at a place we used to love going. Worst of all, when the police later requested the security footage to verify what happened they were denied access not once but twice. As if they were trying to hide what happened. We will definitely think twice before coming back to this location.
Your manager Jorge needs to be held accountable for throwing a drink at my friends face in the drive thru. Not okay. We will not give up until he is held accountable for not only physically assaulting her, but traumatizing her children in the back.
Why is the dine in closed? We can only go in, because we are from out of town have a work van only and its too tall to go thru the drive thru. ????Jack in the crack is thee best! I grew up in Cali and live in northern Utah so when I come here, I HAVE to get JACK IN THE CRACK at least once. I'm so ?
My best friend wrecked my rental car then we came here to drown our sorrows in tiny tacos. Thanks for being the only thing that held me together
