Every visit to St. George dining at Irmita’s Casita is a must! The food is homemade deliciousness. I’ve drank the salsa as shots because it’s just that good.The family that runs it are so kind and will stop to visit if time allows (depends on how busy they are).We have enjoyed each and every visit and continue to look forward to future visits.
One of the highest rated in St. George. This is probably the best Mexican food I have ever had. It is in an old house off Bluff Street and I was surprised. It is very authentic with great flavor. The chips are store bought and not good. They charge for extra chips. The service was not great but they are short staffed and very friendly. I say…. definitely going back.
Followed recommendations off yelp and trip advisor. Looks like a hole in the wall but the food was very good and authentic. Service is slow but food makes up for it!
We went on a very busy day so it took a while, but it was worth the wait. The salsa was AMAZING. I normally like thick blended salsa, their salsa was more watery, but the flavor is one of the best salsas I've ever had. The carne asada was very delicious. I'm not normally a big fan of rice, but again, their rice was amazing. I couldn't get enough. The steak was delicious and well flavored. Over all 5 stars. I would definitely come again, but I'd order ahead as I tend to be slightly impatient ;)
Was craving Mexican food after hiking Zion and I have to say this place does not disappoint! The restaurant is very cute and feels authentic. The staff was friendly and despite being short staffed, food came out fast. I had the Chile Verde platter and it was amazing!! The pork melted in my mouth and the proportions were big for the price. The rest of my family also enjoyed their meals and were satisfied despite being picky eaters. Would definitely recommend and come again!
Service was good and the decor gave me the feeling of Mexico. Food was excellent. Street tacos very authentic and had super flavor. Torta was huge, my husband couldn’t eat the other half. The onions, tomato, avocado sliced nice and thick. Salsa was the absolute best I’ve ever had! I would go back for the salsa alone! Thank you for a WONDERFUL lunch!!

While on a road trip from Las Vegas to Page AZ, we wanted to have lunch in St George UT. We checked Trip Advisor for Mexican good recommendations and decided on this lovely little place. It looks like someone’s home from the outside. The decor is bright and very clean. Service was a little slow, but it was crowded and we all know how hard it is to find help these days. It looked like two of the owners were waiting tables. Our lunch was delish! I had chicken tacos w rice n beans. My husband had a chicken burrito. The salsa and sauces and seasonings were perfect! Not too spicy!
Food and service were EXCELLENT! Highly recommend! We got a mulita, chimichanga, shrimp enchiladas and nachos.. I am craving them all already. The red and green salsas were also delicious! Can't wait to come back.
