I was visiting from out of town for a soccer tournament and called to place an order. I was on hold for 25 minutes and then decided to drive there and order it in person. I talked with several people in line ahead of me who had been waiting over an hour and watched as others who had ordered after them got their orders first, but it took 15 minutes for anyone to have the guts to tell them their online order had never been processed. They finally demanded a refund and left. After waiting 50 minutes, I found out my in-person order has never been processed either. They refunded me as well but did nothing to try and compensate or make up for the lost hour of time for me or the other guys. I get that it was a busy weekend but this place was a complete mess organizationally and was not ready for any kind of rush.
Horrible customer service!! They forgot one of my pizzas and could not care less then the manager hung up on me… what a joke!! This is after they delivered a burnt pizza last time. I dont recommend this to anyone.
By far the worst service!!!!!! I had ordered my pizza on Saturday the 1st at 530pm. And got an email saying my order was ready and I love 15-20 mins away. I had ordered 2 med pizza pepperoni on both “well done” and deep dish cheese bread. When I had got there no one was even up there to belle any customers, they said it would still be 5-10 mins, so I went to my car and waited. Walked in and still no one to help. An employer has walked up answered the phone and starred at the computer and would not even acknowledge me. asked if it was ready and they said another 5 more mins. Finally got my pizza’s drive home and had two soggy pepperoni pizzas and a supreme. I then called the location and the person who had answered said I can come back in another 20 min drive and grab my cheese bread or I can get a new pizza. I told him I just want my money back for the cheese bread and he needed a manager to see if me could do that. I was on hold for 10 mins and then was hung up on. Called back 2 other times and got no answer. It was seriously the worst customer service and food.
Dishonest bait and switch!! Got an ad in the mail and thought we'd try it. Ordered a mix and match special from the ad for Nov/Dec for $5.99 each item. Went to pick it up and they wanted $16+ for the order. When I questioned the price the manager told me prices had gone up. They got me into the store with an ad they weren't willing to honor! The manager said, "thanks for understanding" and told me to get out! This is the last place on earth you want to eat!!!Called the number listed below and got corporate headquarters. They indicated that I would be contacted by the owner. Still waiting . . . . Clearly their hearts are NOT broken by what happened.
I ordered a salad and a small kids pizza to have a Grandma/Grandkid pizza night. My salad had rotten lettuce. I called with a long hold time, only to learn that staff are not empowered by their Owner/Manager to resolve this simple issue. No ability to send a new salad or issue a refund. I called corporate who are also unable to resolve a customer concern. They are only able to send a message to the management. I received a call back from Stephan who agreed to a refund but we got “disconnected”. I didn’t call back because surely he would issue a refund. Nope. So I called 3 mores times (each with very long hold times). I was given a time to call back because Stephan was on the schedule. All 3 times he was not in. I called corporate back and again they are not able to resolve. So tonight I was determined to get either his last name, asked if they could call him and ask him to reach out to me. I was told they can’t. So no one can resolve a small customer complaint and Stephan is not able to manage a simple pizza shop from home. There’s more but frankly I’m exhausted from working 4 + hours to get absolutely no where. Sincerely, Sad grandma.
Ordered a specialty pizza with wings last night at 5:30 pm. The young lady on the phone was unclear of how to take more order and I reminded her to charge me. I understand that everyone is currently understaffed and trying to maneuver through this rough time due to the pandemic, but my order never arrived and I was billed for it. I tried repeatedly for three hours after my original call to contact someone at the location and they just stopped answering the phone. The food has always been great and the delivery has never been an issue. Not sure what happened last night but it has definitely changed where I will be ordering my pizza from.
Always great pizza however I did have trouble getting the app to work properly and get me points otherwise great pizza great service just wish you were open at 10 am
Ordered a pizza with stuffed cheese bread and a 2 Liter Mountain Dew. Delivery driver did not bring the Mountain Dew. I called the store and notified them. The boy who answered the phone just told me they would give me a free one next time. No option to have it with my meal tonight. I asked him “so I just can’t have it today” he said no because his driver just got off their shift. He said I could go in and pick it up. So I told him that I tipped the driver and paid a delivery so I would have to go pick it up myself, he just responded with “yep”. Worst customer service experience ever. No effort to resolve the issue instead the boy on the phone was just short and disrespectful and they expected me to put all the effort in to fix this while they received payment and tip. Lost customer for good now. No pizza is worth this type of treatment.
If you want good food, don’t go here. Go to Tias next door!!!! Now that’s good food!! At Howies my Pizza dough was raw and the top was burnt, how does that even happen! Would have been one star if the staff wasn’t so nice!!
Delicious! I loved the crust! We tried the bbq pizza and pepperoni. It was so good!
