Absolutely by far the rudest employee ever tonight. These places do not care one Iota about what you want. Ask for a substitution- he said he couldn’t. & all I asked for was a different sauce. I asked why he said he just can’t? He could’ve done it. He didn’t want to do it. Two very different things. I asked if he was the manager? He said there was no management on shift, lie! You need a manager to close the store. It is also extremely overpriced for what you actually get as I’ve ordered one here before. & now I will never, ever order pizza from them or any Howies ,or give them one more dime of my money, especially after the way that little puke treated me on the phone! Good luck Howies you are going to need it with people like that working your stores, there are to many other pizza joints in this town to choose from, with a lot more choices and much friendlier employees!PS: they will try to charge you more if you don’t notice as was the case as well tonight. He also couldn’t give me a reasonable answer for that either. Except “I don’t know what to tell you.”

Called in for the specials they told me they had a 2 medium 2 topping with bread sticks for 17.99 and after my 2 drinks and 2 sides of ranch and tip they changed me 42.00 and when I called and asked why it was so much they told me it for only 2 medium 1 topping pizzas so when you order make sure the people on the phone know what they are telling you because they won't fix it for you when they make the mistake
We needed food delivered to our hotel, the front desk recommended Hungry Howies and provided a flyer menu. The food was very good
Ordered online , the pizza was for the grandkids as mom was working late, when Mom got home and called me to asked if I had brought pizza, I told her I had ordered online and had it picked up by the girls. She sent me pictures of the pizza, it was so over cooked and hard that none of them were even able to eat it . I couldn't believe that the workers even had put it into the box like that. It went into the trash. And I paid $ 23.00 for garbage.
Placed a pick up order online at 8pm 11/22/21. Went to go pick up at the time said and the restaurant is closed!! All signs say it closes at 10pm. Calling was useless because it just goes to the restaurant. Now after a long day of traveling I need to find some thing else to feed my family. Better not charge my card!
Such great service! We ordered a gluten free meat pizza, and they called us directly and informed us that the ground beef had gluten in it, and they made sure we knew!
