Went there when they weren't busy and they got a little busy and I got my shaved ice and it had like no Flavor and we waited 10 minutes for our 2nd one and my boyfriend had to go up and say something to them and they literally throw his ticket away and forgot then they gave him the wrong size it was stupid and we'll never go back again.
Website said it’s open till 10pm, but we found it closed at 3:40pm after driving 45 minutes. Reached out to owner who promptly responded and apologized for the closure due to staffing shortages. Five stars for the prompt communication. Zero stars for Biden dropping inflated fiat currency from the sky so no one wants to work.
Authentic shaved ice just like you get in Hawaii really really good
We love this place dearly! My kids do miss the little short brunette girl we think her name is Ellieanna. She took such good care of them when she worked, but we haven't seen her in a long time. So we proceeded to ask if she still worked here and sadly she had quit. There needs to be more employees like her because no one else seems to be as kind as she was.

I came here for the 1st time ever last week... and I couldn't even wait a while week before coming back today!!! This place is AMAZING! Fast, friendly service, and authentic Hawaiian flavors!! I will be coming back so soon!!

My family loves this place. My 5 year old loves that he can get tigers blood ice cream with his snow cone. So delicious and juicy!
