5/17/22. 5 guys were in my top 5 burgers until I placed my order at this location. Joliet I’ll and Florence Alabama were spot on. Saint Georges messed up my burger they forgot ketchup mustard an embarrassing less amount of lettuce , like a thumb size.. Burger wasn’t seasoned like other joints and not juicy like I remember. Cheese game was just ok fries like always are hot and fresh.maybe the next time will be better.
Five Guys Corporate needs to run a quality check on this location. I eat at Five Guys all over the country and this is the smallest hamburger patty I have ever seen and it was dry and not juicy.I just discovered what the problem was, I ordered a single Cheeseburger and my receipt says Little Bacon Burger but it had no bacon and funny thing, they got all the other ingredients correct. So I got a little cheeseburger at the little bacon burger price instead of what I ordered.Manager needs to teach listening skills.
I love the fact that the burgers here are unique to you. You build it at the register and they cook it just the way way you want it. It takes burgers to a whole new level. I have never seen this done in any other burger place, and they taste divine too.
Not great but terribly expensive! Burger $10, fries $5 and soda that I did not order $3. Looked at a shake and it's $6! This is fast food nothing special. New to area so trying different things. No to Five Guys!
Every time we’ve eaten here it’s been great! Sometimes the lines get long but that’s what happens when you’re one of the best burger joints in the city! P.s. order the little fries! It feeds 2 ?
I have never been yelled at by a worker before until I visited this location. They were also out of bacon and then when changing my order from a bacon burger to something else the associate was extremely frustrated. Wait was about 30-40 minutes.
When I walked in the manager and another employee were chatting away and busy making themselves shakes. They both watched me walk in and looked right at me multiple times standing at the register. They made no effort to greet me or ask for someone else to help me. After 5 minutes they clocked out and left the store. It then took someone 5 more minutes to take over the register and help me.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. It Took me over 1 hr to get my food once my order was placed. I ordered 2 burgers. Approximately 15 people in line in front of me. I love 5 guys I will definitely NEVER come back to this one. Everyone was so disgusted at how slow they were. 6 people behind the counter prepping food. 1hr is completely ridiculous. I’d like to give zero stars. :( :( :(
I remember Beauregard and Rt 7. This restaurant was way too big, not window sills to sit on, potatoes were over cooked and had a coating texture.
Fast serve time. Always hot. Best spiced fries in town.I usually love this place, easily 5 stars. Lately they have been struggling to keep the dining area clean and they have gotten a little skimpy on the fries.
