Perfect breakfast place with fresh ingredients! We were driving from Springdale to Las Vegas and found this place along the way. Our kids had the waffles & I had the avocado toast. The juice was fresh squeezed & delicious.

Absolutely love this menu and scrumptious healthy food!

excellent service very rich and good attention

Amazing food! Healthy options! And of course my fav, Kale Tonic!

outstanding service,excellent food

Took the grandkids around 10am and we checked in on line. Pancakes are huge. Morning mediation is delicious.

We arrived for lunch with a group of 11. The staff was able to get us seated, keep track of everyone's orders and requests. The food was delicious. The menu had such a wide range of choices that everyone could find something. The staff was what really made the experience amazing. They were so friendly and took great care of us. So nice to see a team that works well together and enjoys being there to provide great hospitality. The team was top-notch!

Not that impressed. First of all they need a hostess to seat u and takes your money. Waitresses do that when they have time which turns into a long wait I had the eggs Benedict traditional style. I found the hollandaise sauce lacking flavor and I did not care for ham lunch meat they used Wife had a tri-facta that she thought was good. Clean restaurant

Finally made it to the “new” First Watch that replaced another chain in our neighborhood of St. George, UT. While the first impression is that the newcomer does not rise to the level of its predecessor, it will be a welcomed addition in its own right. Service was friendly and helpful, although it was quite slow due to the heavy flow of customers. The menu is not particularly strong and frankly it lacks some of the choices we would normally be looking for. My wife ordered a Multi-Grain Pancake ($5.80), with sides of two eggs ($3.98) and hardwood smoked bacon ($4.99) and a cup of decaf. I ordered a Bacado Omlet (Bacon, avocado, and Monterey Jack, topped with sour cream and served with a side of housemade pico de gallo and a salad of greens ($11.59) and a cup of regular java. We both agreed that the food was “OK”, which is NOT a ringing endorsement. The total tab was well over $30 which seems a little high given the quality of the food. The fFirst Watch did NOT earn a place on our Favs List!

First Watch is usually really good, we've been here several times. Today's experience though was really bad. I understand problems happen, but the communication at the door has to be better.I'd recommend giving this place a try when they're not busy. Come during the week or before 11:30am on weekends.
