To be honest, it's not that great. I mean I like it, but I don't at the same time. I love going there with friends. The sad thing is that it's always busy, and at the weirdest times. Who the heck gets soda at 9pm! Every time I drive by at 8 or 9 the drive through is a mile long. I just don't get it, other than that it's good and you should definitely check it out.
We went an hour and 30 minutes before closing and when we ordered the chonuts the girl said they were completely out so we said we can wait for them to heat them up if they have frozen ones. she seemed very annoyed and said it would take 15-20 minutes we then pulled out front to wait and ALL the workers were just messing around and jumping on eachother. Which made us wait even longer. Pretty disappointed with our visit:(

I love the drinks but the customer service is terrible. The last several times I’ve tried doing the curbside pickup I’ve waited at MINIMUM ten minutes after checking in on the app. I’m writing this as I’m still waiting ten minutes in, right in front, watching the drive thru line get their drinks way faster. Nobody has even come out to ask a name or anything. Very disappointed.
1 star not because the drinks or the service is bad but because you’re making your employees stand out in the pouring rain with no jackets. Smh
Great drinks. I love this place. The only reason I won’t give a 5 star is because one of the employees that works there, Hailee, is very rude and negative towards the other employees. I have gone through the drive through and in the store, and have heard her say very rude things on several occasions.
