I didn’t know a restaurant could be this bad. I called to order for takeout and was told I had to come in to place an order. So I went in, paid for the order and was told it would be 15-20 mins. After 50 mins I asked if there was a problem. At which time I was told, “Oh sorry your order didn’t go through” and was handed back the money I paid. No option to resubmit the order. The manager was rude and stressed.
Awesome place! The service was amazing, and the burgers were equally as fantastic! I have looked around for a quality, hand pressed, 100% beef burger, but was always disappointed until coming here. Great job Denny’s! Keep up the good work!
It was valentines day. With the current labor shortages there was a wait. All food was hot and typical of Denny's. The waitress was very efficient and the wait was very short based on conditions. Three people working hard to serve all of us. Very comendable. Left a big tip and said thanks. We had been driving all days and other restaunts were packed.
Party of 2 at 5:00pm. There was 1 cook and 1 “everything else” man! Ben did an incredible job! He was taking orders, busing tables, seating, ringing up, delivering food, etc. and all with the best attitude and a smile on his face! Our food was delicious! Thanks so much Ben for getting us in and out in under an hour under such crazy circumstances!!!

I really couldn't expect a better experience here. This location was extremely short staffed with only one server and one cook. Yet they remained open and provided a great service to their customers.The food was great and as challenging as the circumstances might have been, they gave service with a smile. Well done to the dedicated staff. Cheers.
This place is totally understaffed with one cook, one waitress (macaela) and one hostess and they are all totally killing it. I don't know how they do it. There was a lot of people waiting, but they got us in within 10 minutes and everything was prompt and tasty. Pancake puppies are ?.
First I find out they have no value meal. OkayThen my beef sandwich has gravy all over the meat (never had that before at many other locations or in the picture) plus only half the meat as usual and as in the picture. Two servers insist that everything was made properly.I guess I’m imagining things.
Was in Dennys today with my wife and daughter. It was a little busy so it took 15 min. To be seated, this of course was acceptable. We put in our order and got our drinks fairly quick accept mine, because I ordered a milkshake. However 40 mins later we still hadn't gotten our food or my shake, and I noticed that the couple that got seated 10 mins. after us were already enjoying their meal. We left and when I went to pay for our drinks atleast they said don't worry about them. They gave me an excuse that they were short staffed but if your serving guests in a party of two before your party of three that were seated 10 mins. prior then it's not short staff problems it's kitchen problems or waiter problems. Just poor service, and I used to like this restaurant ?.
Our trip here was actually pretty good this time. they are short staffed but we had a good server and they were trying to do their best. Only thing I did notice, they stopped letting people in and it was 6:00pm and people were not happy about that. So Good luck
