We accidentally found DUBS on a social media comment place and we're so glad we did! Catfish in Utah is rare, indeed, but we found a good meal here. The owner was very kind and friendly. There was another couple close by who were enjoying their meal as much as we were - it's just a down home friendly place. The restaurant was very clean, the food was great and the atmosphere warm and inviting. What more could you want? Oh - barbecue! Next trip!

What can I say… Simply amazing food! I’ve been in Utah for a short time and I’m writing this after my 2nd time eating at this place. My first time I had the catfish sandwich which was phenomenal, and my first time having catfish and it left a great impression. On my second visit I got the 3 meat plate with ribs, hot link, and pulled pork - I’m not even through eating my meal and I had to drop a review. Everything tastes amazing! I highly recommend pairing the pulled pork with their mustard sauce that they make at the place. There’s a lot of BBQ places in California that are great and this is right up there with them. Will be coming back for sure.

Honestly my husband and I came here after searching for bbq and reading some of the owners awesome responses to petty reviews. The food was amazing! I got a pulled pork sandwich and it was loaded with meat! I was really surprised by how much was on the bun (which was awesome too). I got it with the dubs style beans which rocked my world. My husband got a brisket sandwich and Cajun fries and we both really loved the food! The traditional and spicy sauces were both delicious. Good food and good service. We’ll be back when we’re in St George again.

First time here and it was Ok, but not great. My wife's chicken was REALLY dry - good flavor, but either overcooked or been sitting around for a while. I had the tips and they weren't too bad. Their beans and slaw are pretty good. Portions are generous, but I've had much better BBQ for the money. Traditional sauce is Ok as well, but not great. First BBQ place I've been to where they don't serve some type of bread with the meal. Staff was friendly, but I doubt we will be back.

We stopped in and had Brisket and rib tips. They were both very good. Moist not dry. Very big servings. Nice people. Good service

I do not know what all the hype is for this place. The staff is completely rude. The food my husband and I received was cold, not to mention the amount of flies I had in my salad. I counted more than 6 FLIES/little bugs with no wings in my salad within the first 2 bites. NO LIE. I do NOT recommend this place ever to anyone. There are much better bbq joints in town. Don’t waste your time!!

Get friendlier staff and Don't yell at customers for not wearing a facemask.

I’m from the South and this is truly southern style bbq! It’s some of the best I’ve had in the west! Truly a gem

The meat was excellent! Very tender and cooked to perfection! I will be returning in the future, when I’m visiting St George.

Where to begin?!.. I should have found and went to this place last weekend when we were here, but better late than never!! The customer service- unmatched. Everyone was so polite and cordial. The food- .. we have a few picky eaters in our family, not a single complaint!! I am an individual who enjoys smoking meat as well and I can say every piece we got was tender, juicy and full of flavor!! I didn’t even realize we had bbq sauce until we were done-didn’t even need it!!My final note.. after reading the reviews. I LOVE a company that knows their value and worth. I will be coming back every time we are in St George!! We got the ribs, pulled pork, brisket, wings and sides.
