I went in to Culver's in St. George to satisfy my weakness... ice cream. It was not busy inside the dining room nor at the drive-thru. I ordered a small concrete with salted caramel, then sat down in the dining room. There were no clean tables, so I picked the cleanest table and cleaned it the best I could with a napkin. After 20 minutes I see that three other parties and two employees, who all sat down after I did, were served their orders. They were all food orders, some even with ice cream. Feeling frustrated, I asked for a refund. When I did that, the manager said that she had my order right there, and did I still want it or did I just want a refund? So did that mean it had been sitting out for a while. Who wants to eat melted ice cream?(Not I, if you had any doubts). I received a refund and left the store.

Absolutely love Culver's. Their friendliness, quality and speed of service is excellent. Only reason for 4 stars is because I'd love to see them get a bit more updated and have a phone app to do mobile orders on rather than making you go to a website that only sometimes works. Once they get an app I'll change to 5 stars! If you haven't tried Culver's you'd better get your butt over there and have a butter burger! You won't be disappointed.

It was alright. Man this one employee was giving such a heroic effort to keep the place clean but it was still kind of messy. The food was pretty good! I had never eaten there before. I got the butter burger. They put one pathetic squirt of ketchup but you can always add more ketchup I guess. Fries were pretty good. Cheese curds were decent as well. Their root beer is divine! Root beer float was really good. So was the Sundae with the pecans.

My oh my Culver's is always a delight. Fresh cooked burgers, yummy fries, and a wholesome dinning room. If you haven't been to Culver's before, c'mon what are you waiting for. Amazing custard.

The nightmare continues. I don't know why I keep giving this franchise chances...well I do know why...because I love their cheese curds, but this particular Culver's even managed to ruin those!I ordered a large cheese curds and a double patty melt. The curds were disgusting. They were very dry as if they had been made ages ago and left out, but worse than that they were almost tasteless, but worse than THAT there was a faint sweetness to them almost as if they had been cross-contaminated by some other menu item. Gross. Then onto the patty melt which was so greasy it had nearly turned the entire sheet of parchment paper it was wrapped in translucent. The menu purported it was on sourdough, but I never tasted a hint of sourdough flavor, honestly probably just some typical white bread was used. On the inside was two of Culver's trademarked razor-thin patties...so thin that together they make the the equivalent of one patty at any other burger joint...so a Culver's double is really just a McDonald's or Burger King single. So on top of just being bland and unexciting...the sandwich is also a ripoff. So all in all the new Culver's is much like the old Culver's, yet somehow even worse. They took one of the worst restaurants in the area, made another one, and somehow made it even more terrible. Amazing.

This was a pretty bog standard Culver's Experience. We got there a little after 8, and the place was packed! Long drive thru, long inside line, and they were moving with it. We didn't have to wait long for our food. It was greasy, but not in a bad way. We saw many families enjoying their time here.

This was great! We had not been to culvers in forever... And since the last time my in wife has needed to go gluten free. Culver's was nearby the Fairfield, we ordered v ahead and all.our food was correct, fresh and quick. Can't wait to go back.

Went here with adult son. I like a juicy burger but the burgers today seem a little greasy. Got a mushroom Swiss burger and there weren’t many mushrooms. Fries were good but not a lot. I could eat again but would also pass if not in the mode for a oil change in my body

It's an amazing menu for a fast food restaurant. The problem here is not the menu options, but rather lack of consistency in the quality of the food preparation. I've come here several times over the years and this location struggles with meeting the Culver’s standard. In fact, it just seems as if the location doesn’t care to even try. I would blame the obvious, the restaurant is staffed with high school, some of which are still to young to drive. But it. It them. It’s the management, the adults in charge. I’ve complained 3 separate times on this issue and the management always blames it on the kids. Ridiculous , and even if it were the case… supervise them, it’s literally The primary function of your job! Culver’s has, I think, one of the very best fast-food menus around and this abomination bakery is truly isolated to this location. All the others I’ve been to serve the food that you see in the speaker menu. So yeah, I've decided I've wasted enough money here, going elsewhere from now on. Don’t say I didn’t warn youuuu…

The food was great. The staff was very friendly. Went through the drive through, napkins would have been great to have with my meal.
