We had a great experience tonight— this was mostly due to Ava’s outstanding customer service. Food was great as usual but Ava helped in several ways to make it one of the best visits to Chipotle. Here’s how:1. She cheerfully got up from her break to help us find a high chair for our baby.2. She helped me with my tortilla request and was friendly and engaged in conversation.3. She took the time to come over to our table and remind us that she’d helped out our son’s soccer team last spring and even remembered his name- and said hello to him. We were impressed with her taking the time to come over and say so.Great job to Ava being genuine, friendly and helpful!!
I am a huge chipotle fan but this is hands down THE worst I’ve ever been to. I only come here because it’s the only one in the area. The service is always slow with long lines, the food is gross, and the place is filthy. I am not a fan of leaving negative reviews but this needs attention. (Pic) Customers were expected to sit at these tables that haven’t been wiped down.
Super dirty. No one bothers to clean anything at all, you have to clean yourself if you want a seat. Bathroom dont even get me started. There was pee on the toilet seat. Please women be cleaner.
Food was fantastic, wait was a little long and they didn't have enough staff to clean up after patrons. We got our food to go so it wasn't a big d3al but if you were eating in, it was dirty and no trays to carry your food. Staff was friendly and food great so we just attributed it to the typical covid carryover to most staffing issues.
I always enjoy coming to this restaurant. There is hardly ever a long wait and they are fair with the amounts given. Always fresh and delicious. Today I came in and there was a sign up saying they are only doing virtual orders at this time. I am assuming this is due to no one wanting to work. Anyway, I was able to sit and place my order but as I waited, an elderly man walked in and seemed a bit confused. Not sure how he was going to get his dinner. I considered going to help him order online when an employee, Ebony, went out of their way to assist him. They took the time to assist him in placing a order. I just thought that was so kind and thoughtful of them. Even in stress, they are above the rest.
Super friendly staff, and the burritos here are much better here than other locations! I am typically not a chipotle fan, but my wife wanted to come here, and man was it worth it! I highly recommend this place for a quick dinner after a long day!
Was happy to read about the keto bowl on your website. Ya - you don’t have one. No lime cauliflower rice. Food was terrible. Service was worse.
I found several chunks of animal flesh in my sofritas. I’m Vegan, so finding this type of cross contamination is disgusting and causes me allergic reaction. The chorizo and and sofritas is away from the flesh products. I’m wondering if somebody sabotaged the vegan menu items on purpose or the line is completely cross contaminated. I don’t think I can trust this location moving forward and will not be returning. I liked that I was able to find vegan options at chipotle, but this is unforgivable.
Decent experience. Over priced considering the quality of the food. Customer service was sub par. The restaurant and the restroom was clean. Not my favorite experience for Mexican food like this but it was far from horrible.
I hate leaving bad reviews but I just feel as though management should be aware of what’s going on. There were a bunch of kids working that were talking loudly to each other about customers, dropping quesadillas on the floor and stepping in them. Then arguing about it. It felt stressful just being in there. There was one guy who made our food who was working diligently and seemed to be keeping to himself doing a great job. The other two a girl and a boy were running back and forth making a holy mess of things. Wouldn’t want to come back to this location unless they made some staffing changes.
