Ordered food. Forgot two sandwiches. Bread was harder that the cactus that fell over by the Ramada. Folks working there deserved a raise. You can tell they hate their job. Rude customers didn’t help them. Fries well were they from last week. Maybe. Well oiled for sure. Think the spark plugs went out in the fryer. Overall never going back. Kids meal well ya know in the trash within three mins around the table from just the smell of it. Never again.
Order # 13547895523502. Would have given a negative star. This is the worst Carls Jr I have ever been to. Three times in as many months they have messed up the food or tried to over charge. This time I ordered three lettuce wrapped (low carb) famous stars for my wife. She has celiac disease and can't have bread. Got out to my vehicle and everyone had a bun on it. I tried to go in and talk to the "shift lead" Christian B. He was very rude, gave attitude, and called me liar. Showed him the bun burgers and he took them back. He went back where they make the food. Threw away empty wrappers and came back too quick to have made new burgers wrapped in lettuce. He gave me three styrofoam containers. The pictures show what they did. My wife became very sick after eating. They have never gave me the low carb famous stars in styrofoam containers before. So I believe he wanted the other burgers back so there would be no record of the mistake. I also believe he just took the buns off the burgers and put them in the containers. I hope the manager reads this and does something about it. It is bad customer service and a health risk.
When I am craving a burger quick, this is definitely the spot. They get their orders out fast and knock on wood, been great about not messing up the order.We occasionally like to try their new burger or chicken sandwiches. Tonight, we went with their double western bacon burger. Talk about filling, good thing; it was my first and last meal of the day.
Double Western bacon cheese. Always money! Service at this location is great too. Super polite, food is always hot and freshly prepared.
Dreadful. The meat on the burger tastes like cardboard, it can't be real, the bun was old, it had hard spots, the spicy chicken sandwich is made of highly processed something... The fries were heavily salted, the service was courteous, I'll give them that. That ain't food. How do you serve that??
Location was fairly clean. Staff seemed like they all wanted to stand around and talk. Ordered onion rings and they weren't cooked completely ?
If there was an option for negative stars based on customer service, I would use it here. I used the drive-thru this morning and the cashier couldn't have been more rude. She opened the window by slamming it, then said "270" and held her hand out with a bad attitude. She glared at me each time she threw the window open and basically threw my order into my hand. That window couldn't close fast enough for someone who didn't say any more words then absolutely less than necessary. I cannot stand bad customer service....
I don't write bad reviews often but nothing is worse about ordering a burger or sandwich and the bun is stale and I gotta tear the outside edge off just to eat it because it's so hard and crusty. What is going on in your restaurant that your buns are stale? Is someone letting them sit out or leaving the bag open? Is management not paying attention to that kind of thing? Is the person that's making the burger unaware of how hard the bun is that they're handling? Besides the customer service side of it fast food is literally the easiest job. You all had one job and you let the buns get hard and stale. I don't know what else to say about that ?
Ordered food, they gave it to the wrong person and when they figured it out I watched them take our food behind the counter wrap it back up and make new fries and send it back out 15 minutes later like we didn’t know what they were doing. Food was cold.fries were hot. Not the first time this has happened. Told them the Dr Pepper was out and told us it wasn’t but it was clear, duh now one is that ignorant?
Carls is wayyyyyyyyyyyy to slow for door dash online orders by the time I get the food to my customers they are telling me it's not the right temperature. Furthermore they don't have people that care to make the orders fast, again the corporate people are hiring the wrong people to push food out fast enough!!
