The morning shift lady that works drive thru is very RUDE. She swears that she is paying for my food. Why work there and you have bad customer service. She always gets mad if I ask for a cup holder or some sauce. There’s been many times and it’s always her she gets my order wrong.Please managers how did she get hired??
Gross. Ordered Western Bacon Cheeseburger took one bite and tossed it. Super dry - onion rings looked really old - hardly any bbq sauce. All Carls locations have went continuously downhill over the years but the locations in St. George are especially bad. I give up. In all fairness most fast food joints in St. George are bad compared to California. Only Chick Fil A has consistent good food and very efficient drive thru. Habit Burger is okay. Good luck.
Carl's Jr need to have an adult supervisor there running things these high schoolers don't know what they are doing.First they tried handing me the wrong order. After getting home I open my (BACON BEAST BURGER) burger to find out there wasn't any bacon and a single patty when I asked and paid for a double ..... Like why did I pay extra........I get kids need jobs too but employers need to start taking interviews seriously instead of hiring high school girls that sit and gossip while they are messing up orders and handing them to the wrong customers.... Y'all couldn't give me a refund to go back there, I'm doneI just looked at the comments and I'm surprised they are still open all those overcharged fees add up it's like they are robbing the public
The girls that worked the morning shift were totally rude. Very put out for a simple explanation of what something was. Got food and they forgot one of the drinks on the combo meal and when I asked for it, there was obvious frustration at having to get it for me. Super sized both meals and the hash brown sacks weren’t even half way full. This was our first and last time ever going to This place. We’ll wait in the very lines at McDonald instead. It’s with it.
The food was fine. I ordered a smaller hamburger because I didn't want much. Somehow it became a bigger hamburger. The names are close enough to the same I didn't notice until I had driven away.
I went to this Carl Jr location on 3/17/22 and was not only disappointed but also disgusted. I watch the drive-thru lady scratch her face with all her fingers and then she was gonna serve me without washing her hands and she used the same hand and grab the lid of cup to give it to me. I asked for the manager and watch the manager mess with her hair as she approached the window. She was rude and unprofessional. I called on 3/18/22 to ask for the store manager just to find out that the manager I dealt with the day before was the store GM. I asked to speak to the DM, but because I but because I refuse to give my name and she told me, she will see if the dm will call me. This place is disgusting and needs a new GM. I dont recommend this place at all.
Good burger place. Famous Star is on sale for $2. Dining room is open. Yay!
Wendy's and McDonald's down the street are better options. This is the third time Carl's Jr messes up my order. The first couple times I was missing fries, charged incorrectly or missing some amount of patties on my sandwich. This time my sandwich had no patties in it at all. Go somewhere else or to a different Carl's Jr but not this one at Sunset.
We been seeing commercials about the Three choices of$ 2.99 burgers on TV and they made them look real big and good so we drove ten miles to get a couple to go as they wont let you dine in. We ordered two burgers two drinks and fries. The guy asked us if we wanted fry sauce and I said yes plenty. We got our order fairly fast and couldnt wait to eat it. We drove home got in the house and pulled out the meals. To our surprise we were very dissatisfied with the meal. The burgers were half the size shown in the pictures at Carl's display and on TV. The burgers were over cooked they must have been cooked earlier that day as they were very dry and looked like Hockey Pucks. You had to look hard to find onions and pickles on them...and they were very small....nothing like the big juicy ones advertised and we didn't get any fry sauce as requested. Needless to say after one bite and spending $12+ dollars we threw them away and went to Wendy's and got their four for $4 burger, fries, chicken tenders and frosty. Yummy. Carl Jr needs to do a much better job or they will be out of business...sale your burgers as advertised and fresh. ☹ Also note they were Not Busy @ 6pm 1/8/22 Sad.
Inconsistent in menu items; I order the same items but 50/50 chance it'll be made in a different size, bun, etc. FRESHNESS AND QUALITY 5 out of 5 though. (Sunset location).
