Stay away from this location!!!!!!!! Service is terrible and I've had issues with the drive thru. The first issue was about a year ago when I placed an order thru the app and selected Drive Thru as my pickup option. When I arrived at the restaurant, it was closed. I had to contact BK to get a refund. Because of that I had avoided this location, but last night I thought I'd give them another try since I knew they were open again. I placed an order thru the app and selected Drive Thru as my pickup method. I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and sat there, and sat there, and sat there. After several minutes I pulled up to the drive thru window. I could see workers inside the store but none of them even looked my way. So I went inside and was informed "the drive thru is closed" even though he (and one other employee) had on a headset. They did fill my order, but this is the worst BK location I've ever encountered and will NEVER go back again, EVER.
I was driving home from Salt Lake city towards Cali. Stopped here because I normally love BK. TODAY I was very disappointed. I ordered my usual 2 chocolate pies. The first pie was delicious. Went to kill the second one and as I bit into it was nasty. Threw it up cause it was so nasty. I pulled over to look at it and there was mold all over my pie...never have I experienced that before. Threw up everything I ate. Never going to this one again. Called the manager no answer. 4 times. Finally called pilot gas station and they went and got a manager. They did apologize and told me I could come back and get a refund but I was already 30 min away. I was not about to turn around for a 3.50 cent pie lol not with these gas prices.
We waited for our food for 20mins and they told us that we had a “big order” when we only had 5 people in the car and ordered 6 meals. Meanwhile they messed up our whole order and didn’t give us any sauce or napkins
Pretty basic bad fast food service, I order in the drive thru, I have to park somewhere and have to wait, no big deal, the guy brings me my food and he was super nice, thank you have a good night blah blah… I start going thru the bags, I check 2 of the burgers they are wrong, the receipt is right though, since it’s for my kids, I go back in & show the same nice guy, who takes the wrong burgers & receipt, he goes and shows his burger decorator, who gets upset & has some words to say loudly. The nice guy comes back looking embarrassed and says sorry, I wait for the burger man to go thru & finishing the other orders and then makes the right ones for me. All is well, drive home to another town, giving my kids their food and realized they didn’t put in 2 other food items, that I saw on my receipt, but they never gave my receipt back, I try to call to see if I drive back, will they get them ready for me, I paid, my kid is hungry, I’ll go back np. Nope… nobody answers the phone, 5 different tries. oh well, my fault I should’ve kept looking thru the bags, if I wanted it right. God forbid we go get food and pay & expect our order to be right & when it’s not, go in nicely to get it fixed… & instead I’ll be called “a Karen”
Hours listed are WRONG. I've come here numerous times in the evening, often an hour or more BEFORE the listed closing time. And the place was already closed. One time I even had placed an order for pickup as the app said the place was open and it's on my way home, but when I got there after having paid, it was closed despite being over an hour before closing and on a Saturday night. UPDATE YOUR HOURS! THIS IS ABSURD!
Normally, staff is nice, but, female this morning had an attitude, I'm sorry I politely asked what was inside the eggnormous burrito, & she was tiffed -? what the __ck (heck) : ) Then, b4 I could get the words out to order, she walks off & never came back??? I'll suppose she had a bout of the stomach troubles & leave it at that....weird.
Went with co worker for lunch told us they can't do separate orders in drive thru so I got to pay for both of us so their willingness to go the extra mile for the customer is definitely top notch also loved the cold fries and undercooked jalapeno bites but my whopper was delicious as expected obviously I'll be back again
This Burger King is attached to a gas station, so it's a nice stop whenever I need gas. The drive-thru is right next to the pumps. Every time I stopped here the service has been very friendly and the food has been good. It's a great stop if you're on a long road trip from california to Utah or vice versa.
Gave me could old food twice now I definitely won't order anymore food from here again I had to put it in the microwave right after I ordered it
Worst bk experience ever! Interior of restaurant filthy, cashier slow & unsure of operation.Burger temperature was cold, not refrigerator cold, but thawed cold.This location should be closed.
