I want to start with a shout-out to our waiter DeJuan. He was right on, very pleasant at our table, and attentive.Normally we have a great experience at this location but this time around it was not quite the case, except for our waiter and most of our food.Here are some things that were not the usual but that we experienced this time between 8:15-9:30pm on June 6th:-the table and booth including seats and chairs were not properly wiped before we were seated-no napkins or utensils were given to us at our table until after we started eating-fries were cooled down when our food got to our table-the music was too loud for me and my partner to talk to each other at a normal voice level and our waiter had to bow his head to hear us-a modification to my order was not taken followed through by the kitchenAny one of these things by themselves I'd easily brush off but it was one thing after another and it wasn't slammed. Could have been tended to better.Hope to give a better review in the future. It's normally a great place.
This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to, I have gave them the benefit of doubt. Tried to go there again today and will never ever step foot back in this place!!!!
I’m not sure I’ve ever posted a review, but tonight’s dinner was a little too disappointing. I ordered takeout so I could start driving home. My order pickup was 9:30 and I arrived at 9:28. I had already gotten on to the freeway before I noticed, but my Buffalo ranch wrap was completely cold and not very good. Fries were also cold and not good. I work in a restaurant, so I always make sure to tip well and have patience. But I’m not sure what happened with the food being cold. Even though I arrived on time for pick up. I hate wasting money and this definitely felt like a waste.
Tried to eat here today and had to leave before ordering because the establishment was sickening. The entire building smelled repulsive. If the carpets have ever been cleaned, they were cleaned with spoiled milk. Tables and menus were dirty as well but the smell was the worst. I know it’s a chain restaurant and a sports bar at that, I wasn’t expecting an exclusive establishment, I’ve been to Buffalo Wild Wings before, even this location, I know what to expect, but nauseating smells shouldn’t be it. I don’t think I’ve ever left a Google review in my life, but seeing this place get 4 and 5 stars fairly consistently, someone needs to be truthful. Clean your restaurant. It’s gross, and has to be against health codes.
Visited here while on vacation to watch a hockey game. We snagged one of the few tables in the bar section that wasn't littered from previous parties. Bartender was really pleasant but seemed in the weeds. After about an hour of sitting dirty, tables started to be cleared. We were confused, as they seemed to have loads of staff. Overall a poorly run bdubs. Nothing surprises me in Utah
Just getting here. So far just getting to know a really angry little hostess. Hoping the food is better.(That was last night - Friday)The wings were really good actually so I forgot about the nasty attitude from the restaurant’s greeting committee. But I'd consider putting the both of them back in the back stocking the bar or washing dishes.. Something non-customer facing. I won't mention any names, I do have the short ones name but maybe she was just having a bad day. Reading the other reviews though, a few people have talked about the same attitude.. Describing the same person. I think we all know who we're taking about.Giving two stars even though the wings were good. welcoming committee was garbage.
Got there and Checked in for curbside online. Waited 20 Min. Went in. Waited 25More inside and they said they are too busy to go outside and curbside. Gave me the wrong order. Manager gave me a gift card. 90 min from order time get food. Horrible service inside waitresses standing around and I had to say can you help me? Called twice when in the car and got hung up on.
Great service, very quick food to go. Went in order today @3:37pm and ordered small traditional with fries and the to go person did an amazing job by getting it in and out so quickly. She was amazing. I felt like I was in there less than 10minutes. Thank you.
I just had the absolute worst experience at this location in St. George. I try to check in online about two hours before the restaurant closed at 6 PM. I then receive a text message back a few minutes later and say that they don’t accept online reservations. I think to myself then why do they have the option to do online reservations? I think it is weird, however I still go over to the restaurant to try to get in and get my table waited for. I get to the restaurant just before 7 PM. Upon arrival I wait in line for a good 10 to 15 minutes for the server to even acknowledge that I was there. Once the server comes over, A shorter darker hair woman, I bit younger. She asked me if I have received my text. I responded that I received a text from the online reservation system saying that they don’t accept reservations. She then tells me after looking down at her iPad that she had two employees call out sick today and because of that they can’t let me in with my spouse and baby. Honestly it wouldn’t have been too big of a problem if I hadn’t just waited there, been told that the online system didn’t work, or had the 15 people in front of me go in before I was told I can’t because that they have no servers. However I am looking in the restaurant I can see about 10 open tables with nobody sitting there. What great customer service that is to tell people that you can’t help me because you don’t have the staff there. Why do they not put a close sign on the door? Honestly, any other establishment would have figured it out whether they had one employee there or 10 there. I will never be returning back to this location and will never recommend this location to anybody due to this terrible customer service tonight. I would really like the owner to know that too. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND TONIGHT
Both times that we've ordered for pickup, they've taken an extremely long time (40+ minutes past the provided pickup time). Last night, we knew the pickup time was probably incorrect so we didn't go in until 20 minutes past the estimated pickup time and was told that it still wasn't ready so we waited for 30 minutes until they finally realized it was actually ready the whole time in their warmer, they just didn't actually check for it after I told two separate workers the name on our order. Our salad was also put in the warmer with the rest of our food so it had to be thrown away.
