We enjoy all the delicious options. It works great for our part gluten-free, part dairy-free family.
Update: Doordash driver informed me that the restaurant is closed in St. George. Please be aware that the website let's you place orders, and they confirm them by email and text.Tried to order for delivery. Recieved multiple emails and texts about delivery time, and once the time was past I was give notice order was modified or cancelled. Then new messages came with different delivery time. Never received the order.
Great food - this location is closed due to staffing issues. Check before you go.
I love blaze Pizza! One of my favorite places! We've had two local ones, one went right out of business, and the other has been closed for some time. Hopefully not forever.
This was one of my favorite places to eat and I’m so bummed that they are closed! I truly never had a bad experience and the food was always yummy! I hope that they can find enough workers to open again.
The pizza was good, the waiting time for dining in at lunchtime was not as good. I like their idea of being able to customize your order with different types of sauces, cheeses, and toppings, but that's really not so different than pretty much every pizza place. It's worthwhile if you don't mind waiting 20+ minutes after you've placed your order.
I love the music and the pizza is always fresh and hot. Everyone is really nice and not to bossy. The service was fast and friendly. :)
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but overall I really enjoyed my pizza. We got there about 15 minutes after opening, we expected it to be a bit slow especially because they were still setting up for the day, but they were extremely slow. Basically only one girl was working, and the other 2 people out front were just standing there. Now as far as the pizza went, it was great! I will definitely go back, maybe during a busier time to see if they are more efficient.
Here are the facts: I made an order through the app to pick up at 6:30PM. I arrived, waited until 6:50PM before I asked one of the associates whether my order had been received. I told him my name. He said, "It's in the oven." I waited until 7:30PM, and I asked one more time. This time they told me, and a young lady that was also waiting, that our online orders had not gone though. I left after 7:30PM with no pizza, in spite of my payment having been made in advance.I wanted to call and settle this, but was only allowed to send a message through the website. The same website that failed to send my order....To the manager in charge: Hire more employees. You are irresponsibly under-staffed.To those running the app: This experience destroyed my faith in the app. How can I trust that if I make an order now that it will go through? You will lose customers like me until that is fixed, obviously. To customer service: it shows that you are cutting corners by not providing a phone number for a person to call. Especially when your website and app have failed for them and they are forced to send any inquiries online. To the staff: think about working for a place that does not cut corners and leaves you to take all the heat at the front-end. You have an irresponsible employer, it's not your fault.I will update this review according to my experience. I will attempt to stick to the facts for those who see these reviews. Please see my other reviews to see that I literally never have posted a negative review (only positive) and I support local businesses. But this I saw as so unfair that it called for some push-back on an irresponsibly run business.
Terrible experience. Employees didn’t seem to know how complete their tasks, didn’t t know orders , no evidence of management. ordered 3 pizzas, took 45 minutes to get one and cancelled the others. Would recommend going to a different location or somewhere else entirely.
