Nice atmosphere and very good service. Calamari was good; not over breaded or over cooked. Sushi was fresh and tasty. Recommended.
We went there for lunch. Sushi is very good. but Thai tea is sweet enough for ants. Pad Thai was also sweetened. Pineapple fried rice was acceptable.
There is something for everyone! We started off enjoying a bottle of red wine! The sushi rolls were absolutely delicious!!! Our main dish was Pad Tai with beef and shrimp. Everything was perfect! I’m looking forward to coming back soon!!! I highly recommend it!
We always love coming into the downtown location. Adam and the rest of the staff are always amazing and welcoming. How's the sushi? Well, the best anywhere in Utah, Adam is truly an artist. How's the Thai? Amazing, we love their curries. How is the atmosphere? Welcoming, fun, and the location is beautiful. Thanks, guys for having us for dinner! We celebrated our 12-year old's birthday there tonight and the special roll Adam created for us was sooo soo good... Paradise Found Paradise Lost (it's new, not on the menu yet so ask for it, it's a treat!)
We’ve always loved Benja’s… when they get it right, the food is really good. But they need some serious quality control work, it seems to be hit-or-miss whether we’ll get good food or not. The crab wontons we got today are inedible… mostly burnt and barely any filling. The fried rice was okay. We’ve gotten amazing sushi from them, other times it’s soggy and gross. I’m tired of playing this guessing game, so sadly we won’t be coming back.
Love the setting in historical downtown. Sitting outside was a 5 star with our own private corner. You are a bit in a fishbowl as everyone inside the restaurant can view you right out their windows. Lemonade was a basic minute maid. They added cherry flavoring but still tasted like minutemaid. Sushi was REALLY good. Staff is incredibly friendly and they are a five star. Pad see ew lacked flavor, so I wouldn't come here for Thai again but would come back for sushi.
This is my favorite Thai place anywhere, period. All of the curries are amazing. The pad Thai is phenomenal, as is the Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles). The Spicy Thai Basil is also excellent. For a place that doesn't specialize in sushi, I've always been very pleasantly surprised at how really good their sushi is. The St George Fried Rice is our favorite rice dish there. The Thai Orange Chicken is also very tasty, though the portion size was smaller than the other entrees we got. The dumplings are also fantastic. We eat at Benja's every time we're in St George, that's how good it is.UPDATE: Came here again; got Drunken Noodles, which are incredible as always. Also tried the Roasted Chili dish (got chicken in it), and really liked it!! The Edamame and "Shrimp in a Blanket" were fantastic too.
This place was very impressive. I enjoyed the vegetarian curry ramen bowl. It was flavorful and delicious exactly what I was looking for! Service was superb. Thank you!
Excellent food and service. We will definitely go back.
Excellent!! The staff was friendly and helpful and had plenty of good suggestions for us to try. We are new to Thai cuisine but enjoy every part of our meal! The garlic chicken was probably my favorite of our choices but the house noodles, Thai orange chicken, pineapple fried rice were all really good too!! We will definitely be back next time we are in town!
